摘要:摘 要:本課題以聚苯乙烯磺酸鈉和聚苯乙烯磺酸為模板,過硫酸銨為氧化劑,F(xiàn)e2(SO4)3為催化劑,采用模板聚合的方法制備不同比例的PEDOT:PSS分散體;再用不同型號的PVA,對聚合物進(jìn)行改性。通過紫外(UV)、電化學(xué)測試系統(tǒng)(CV)、四探針,旋轉(zhuǎn)粘度計,等對所有PEDOT:PSS的性能進(jìn)行表征。四探針測試結(jié)果表明:模板添加比例為1:1時PEDOT:PSS的薄膜方塊電阻約為150KΩ/□左右,模板添加比例增加時 PEDOT:PSS的方塊電阻會有所上升。Na型模板(聚苯乙烯磺酸鈉)的PEDOT:PSS的方塊電阻值高于H型(聚苯乙烯磺酸)。PVA加入量在40%以下時,對PEDOT:PSS薄膜的導(dǎo)電性基本無影響。紫外吸收測試表明:PEDOT:PSS薄膜的可見光吸收率都小于10%,透明性非常好。隨模板用量的增加,薄膜透明性增強(qiáng)。PVA的分子量,醇解度對薄膜的透明性影響不大。對不同PEDOT:PSS體系進(jìn)行旋涂和成膜實驗操做時得出結(jié)論:不同分子量的和醇解度的PVA對PEDOT:PSS分散體的成膜性能均有較明顯的改善,隨著PVA添加量的增加,成膜效果顯著增加。旋轉(zhuǎn)粘度計測試表明:體系的粘度隨PVA的加入量的增加而線性增加,不同分子量和醇解度的PVA對體系粘度的影響基本相同。四探針測試結(jié)果表明,PVA的添加量在60%以下時,對PEDOT:PSS薄膜的導(dǎo)電性基本上沒有影響。CV測試表明,添加PVA后 PEDOT:PSS的電化學(xué)活性和穩(wěn)定性變差,PVA的分子量和醇解度對薄膜的電化學(xué)性能影響不大。 關(guān)鍵詞:聚3,4-乙撐二氧噻吩(PEDOT);苯乙烯磺酸鈉(PSS);聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSS);導(dǎo)電聚合物;成膜性;電導(dǎo)率
Abstract:With polystyrene sulfonate and polystyrene sulfonic acid as the template, ammonium persulfate as the oxidant, ferric sulfate as the catalyst, PEDOT: PSS dispersions were prepared by the template polymerization. And then different types of PVA were doped in the dispersions in the different proportions to change the performances of it.The performances of PEDOT: PSS were by characterized by ultraviolet (UV), cyclic voltammetric curve (CV), the four-point probes , rotating viscometer. The results of four-point probes tests showed that when the adding ratio of the template was 1:1 the square resistance of PEDOT: PSS film was about 150 K Ω /□, the conductivity of it was very good. When the amount of the template increased , the square resistance of PEDOT: PSS would be increased. When the addition amount of PVA under 40%, the conductivity of PEDOT: PSS films remained unchanged . Ultraviolet absorption tests showed that the visible light absorption rate of PEDOT: PSS films were less than 10%, the transparency of them were very good. With the increase of the amount of the template, the transparency of the films became better . The molecular weight of PVA, had little effect on the transparency of the films. Rotating viscometer tests showed that when the amount of PVA increased the viscosity of the system nearly remained unchanged.The molecular weight of the PVA nearly had no effect on the viscosity of the system. Four-point probes tests showed that when the amount of PVA added below 60%, the conductivity of the film nearly remained unchanged. CV tests show that, after PVA was added, the electrochemical activity and stability of PSS PEDOT: PSS became poorer, and the molecular weight of PVA had little effect on the the electrochemical activity and stability of PSS PEDOT: PSS.
