摘要:本課題以三硫代碳酸酯、陰離子交換樹脂、苯乙烯(Str)為原料,通過RAFT聚合反應(yīng)制備接枝聚合物。分為三個過程。第一,制備三硫代碳酸酯,以及三硫代碳酸酯和陰離子樹脂的交換。第二,苯乙烯用RAFT聚合接枝到樹脂上。第三,將苯乙烯從樹脂上脫下來。通過紅外(IR)、核磁(1H-NMR)、凝膠滲透色譜(GPC)對合成的接枝聚合物進行表征和分析。核磁(1H-NMR)的測試表明成功合成出了單羧基硫代碳酸酯和雙羧基三硫代碳酸酯。紅外(IR)測試表明三硫代碳酸酯成功交換到了陰離子樹脂上。同時,通過紅外(IR)對產(chǎn)物的表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)苯乙烯成功接枝到了陰離子樹脂上。 關(guān)鍵詞:苯乙烯,RAFT聚合,接枝聚合物,可控活性自由基聚合。
Abstract:Graft ploymers on the surface of the anion exchange resin were synthesized via the RAFT polymerization of styrene. First, two trithiocarbonates with carboxyl group were synthesized, and grafted on the surface of the anion exchange resin through the anion exchange reaction. Second, the RAFT polymerization of styrene was carried out in the presence of the modified resin. At last polystyrene was take off from the anion exchange resin through the anion exchange reaction. The resulting polymers were characterized and analyzed by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H-NMR), gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR) showed that two trithiocarbonates with carboxyl group were successfully synthesized. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) proved that the trithiocarbonates were successfully grafted onto the anion exchange resin. The gel permeation chromatography (GPC) supplied the molecular weight and polydispersity index of polystyrene in the liquid phase in the different polymerization conditions.
