摘要:岳大酒店擬建于泰安市的一座集娛樂、就餐、客房等為一體的四星級(jí)酒店?？傉嫉孛娣e6750m2，建筑面積為35465.13 m2，建筑總高度為56.89米，建筑高度為50.4米，地上13層，地下1層。地下一層為停車場(chǎng)、設(shè)備用房等。一層為門廳、包房、商場(chǎng)等。 在綜合對(duì)比分析的基礎(chǔ)上，設(shè)計(jì)建筑給水系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)、建筑消防系統(tǒng)、建筑屋面雨水排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。 給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水，低區(qū)地下一層到八層商業(yè)用水，由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水；高區(qū)九到十三層。采用水泵變頻供水。 排水系統(tǒng)采用污、廢水分流，底層單獨(dú)排放，排水立管設(shè)伸頂通氣管。消防系統(tǒng)分消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng)，其中消火栓系統(tǒng)采用水泵水箱聯(lián)合供水。屋面雨水排水系統(tǒng)采用天溝內(nèi)排水。 消防系統(tǒng)：采用消火栓給水系統(tǒng)，室內(nèi)消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用臨時(shí)高壓給水，由消防水池、加壓泵、供水管、閥門、室內(nèi)消火栓等組成?；馂?zāi)初期10min的用水量由屋頂消防水箱供給，正常供水由消防水泵從貯水池內(nèi)抽取。 熱水系統(tǒng)：采用封閉式機(jī)械循環(huán)熱水系統(tǒng)，分區(qū)情況與冷水系統(tǒng)一致，熱水系統(tǒng)采用容積式水加熱器供應(yīng)。 給水管采用PP-R管；熱水管采用PP-R管；排水管采用鑄鐵管；消防系統(tǒng)均采用鋼管。設(shè)計(jì)中涉及到的管道布置、計(jì)算與安裝及設(shè)備選型，均應(yīng)遵循相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求，力求經(jīng)濟(jì)合理，簡潔高效。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑；給水系統(tǒng)；排水系統(tǒng)；消防系統(tǒng)
