摘要:本工程為XX學(xué)院第一實(shí)驗(yàn)樓，項目所在地為重慶市虎溪大學(xué)城，建設(shè)單位為XX學(xué)院，工程由大地建筑事務(wù)所（國際）設(shè)計，并且施工圖紙齊全。工程概況：該工程共6層，建筑面積7290平方米，基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)為人工挖孔樁基礎(chǔ)。框架結(jié)構(gòu)，耐火等級為二級，抗震設(shè)防烈度為六度，使用年限50年，工程類別為三類。 該投標(biāo)文件的編制是以XX學(xué)院第一實(shí)驗(yàn)樓的施工合同以及施工設(shè)計圖紙，現(xiàn)行國家有關(guān)設(shè)計規(guī)范和我市現(xiàn)行的一系列施工和技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等為依據(jù)。該施工組織針對本工程的地方性及環(huán)境特點(diǎn)、工期要求，提出科學(xué)合理可行的保證措施并加以重點(diǎn)闡述。以堅持科學(xué)的基本建設(shè)程序和施工順序?yàn)槔砟?，科學(xué)合理安排施工順序和施工計劃，確保工程施工進(jìn)度。并擬定本工程工期為180個日歷天。 由于工期緊工程量較大，為使新的實(shí)驗(yàn)樓更快地投入使用，我方保證，一旦中標(biāo)，將會全面調(diào)度公司的人、財、物，積極推廣應(yīng)用新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料、新設(shè)備，嚴(yán)格按照科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)氖┕す芾眢w系運(yùn)行。貫徹施工技術(shù)規(guī)范、操作規(guī)程，實(shí)施全面質(zhì)量管理。精心組織、科學(xué)管理，確保實(shí)現(xiàn)各項承諾目標(biāo)。 關(guān)鍵詞：管理 成本 科學(xué)合理 施工技術(shù)
