摘要:此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計為XX學(xué)院新校區(qū)行政樓，所在地為重慶市大學(xué)城。該工程的建設(shè)單位為XX學(xué)院，施工圖紙齊全。本工程的土建預(yù)算部分包括基礎(chǔ)工程、主體結(jié)構(gòu)工程、屋面工程及圖紙中說明的部分裝飾工程。基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)采用人工挖孔樁基礎(chǔ)，建筑面積為7299.56平方米，層高為24.9米，六層公共建筑，框架結(jié)構(gòu)，抗震設(shè)防烈度為6度，耐火等級二級，工程類別三類。 該投標(biāo)文件的編制是以XX學(xué)院新校區(qū)行政樓的施工合同以及施工設(shè)計圖紙，國家和地方現(xiàn)行的一系列施工和技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等為依據(jù)。 此次畢業(yè)設(shè)計首先熟悉XX學(xué)院新校區(qū)一教學(xué)樓設(shè)計圖紙，運用軟件為廣聯(lián)達(dá)鋼筋GGJ2009計算該棟建筑的鋼筋量、其次運用廣聯(lián)達(dá)圖形算量軟件GCL2008計算工程量，最后運用廣聯(lián)達(dá)計價軟件GBQ4.0套取定額，計算工程的總造價為9,079,002.56元。 關(guān)鍵詞：投標(biāo) 工期 預(yù)算
