摘要:目前使用的切割機大多以小型機為主，其切割工具都是孤立分散的，需要完成工藝時再把切割工具現(xiàn)場安裝，增加了操作負擔?？刂品绞綖橛|電開關(guān)，經(jīng)常通斷電，設(shè)備摩損大，降低了設(shè)備的使用壽命。且其操作麻煩，切割強度小，精度低，尺寸誤差大、材料浪費大、使得后續(xù)加工工作量變大。同時勞動條件惡劣，生產(chǎn)效率低，在工程上需要批量生產(chǎn)、復(fù)雜的工藝要求的場合，這種切割機就要被淘汰了。總結(jié)了以往切割機存在的不足，現(xiàn)試圖設(shè)計把各種切割工具集成在一個裝備上，突破切割功能單一的瓶頸，可以通過上位機就能實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場控制的切割設(shè)備。 本次研究的課題是基于PLC的SP板切割機控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。選用了PLC作為SP板切設(shè)備的控制方式，編寫了梯形圖程序，設(shè)計了硬件控制系統(tǒng)和軟件控制系統(tǒng)及自動橫向切割的組態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。PLC控制技術(shù)的飛躍，其功能之強大，應(yīng)用之普遍，可以實現(xiàn)大型切割機的切割工具的集成化，PLC支持與組態(tài)王軟件的通信，上位機對現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)過程的實時監(jiān)控和操作也成為了肯能。 具體實現(xiàn)的功能是：手動橫向切割、大車快速縱向行走、手動縱向切割、手動斜向切割、開槽切割、自動橫向切割。滿足了人們對切割機的更高需求，操作方便，功能強大，高效率，使用安全，適用于各種場合。 關(guān)鍵詞：SP板切割機；PLC；組態(tài)；自動化

The subject of this study is a multifunctional SP plate cutting machine PLC control system design. Selection of control mode, the PLC as the SP board cutting equipment to write a ladder program, design the hardware and software systems and automatic cutting configuration monitoring system. The powerful leap of the PLC control technology, its features, the application of the common large cutting machine cutting tool integration, PLC supports Kingview software communication, the host computer for real-time monitoring and operation of the site production process become willing to can.
