摘要:自從19世紀(jì)出現(xiàn)汽車(chē)以來(lái),汽車(chē)行業(yè)隨著現(xiàn)代科技技術(shù)的發(fā)展有了質(zhì)的飛躍,隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,人們生活水平的提高,人們對(duì)汽車(chē)的需求量也逐漸加大,隨之而來(lái)的便是汽車(chē)的保養(yǎng),其中汽車(chē)的清洗便是不可缺少的內(nèi)容。然而傳統(tǒng)的人工洗車(chē)并不理想、極大的浪費(fèi)人力物力和自然資源得同時(shí),也會(huì)對(duì)汽車(chē)造成損害,。本次設(shè)計(jì)就是采用PLC控制,利用定時(shí)器,通過(guò)線(xiàn)路的通斷來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車(chē)自動(dòng)及手動(dòng)清洗流程,該系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)汽車(chē)的清洗、刷洗、噴蠟和烘干。并給出系統(tǒng)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì),通過(guò)系統(tǒng)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)基于PLC汽車(chē)清洗裝置控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性,從而縮短汽車(chē)清洗的時(shí)間,大大提高了工作效益,具有很好社會(huì)實(shí)用性。它可以最大限度的節(jié)省洗車(chē)的人力、物力資源,并且滿(mǎn)足不同的客戶(hù)需求,同時(shí)它可以高效、準(zhǔn)確的完成洗車(chē)任務(wù),為客戶(hù)提供便利的服務(wù),而且極大限度的節(jié)約水資源,符合當(dāng)代建設(shè)節(jié)約型社會(huì)的時(shí)代需要。本次汽車(chē)清洗自動(dòng)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,成本低,適合不同場(chǎng)合的需求,尤其是中小型汽車(chē)美容中心。本論文主要由汽車(chē)清洗裝置設(shè)計(jì)方案、PLC間的比較以及運(yùn)行程序等部分組成。 關(guān)鍵詞: PLC; 汽車(chē); 自動(dòng)化
Abstract:Since the 19th century, the birth of the first car, the automotive industry with the development of modern technology has been a qualitative leap with the development,improvement of people's living standard, the demand for cars has gradually increased, along with from the maintenance of the car, cleaning of the car is an indispensable element in However, the traditional manual car washing effect is not ideal, a great waste of money, manpower and natural resources. The design is PLC control, use the timer, the line off the car's automatic and manual cleaning process, the car cleaning, scrubbing, spray wax and drying. And gives the system's hardware design and software design, system simulation experiments found that the reliability of the control system based on PLC auto cleaning device, thus shortening the time of the car wash, greatly improving the effectiveness of the work, with the practicality of a good society. It can maximize the saving of manpower, material resources of the car wash, and to meet different customer needs, and it can be efficient, accurate and complete car wash task, to provide customers with the convenience, but also greatly limits the conservation of water resources, in line with the contemporary construction of saving social needs of the times. The cars automatic cleaning system structure is simple, low cost, suitable for the needs of different occasions, especially small and medium-sized car beauty center. 當(dāng)今社會(huì)的進(jìn)步離不開(kāi)服務(wù)行業(yè)的進(jìn)步,服務(wù)行業(yè)的進(jìn)步又離不開(kāi)科學(xué)技術(shù)的支撐,PLC技術(shù)對(duì)于各種服務(wù)行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),是一種具有超前的意義的技術(shù),它為服務(wù)行業(yè)帶來(lái)了有利的發(fā)展方向。隨著人們生活水平的提高,人們的汽車(chē)的清洗已經(jīng)不僅僅停留在對(duì)汽車(chē)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單的沖洗,而是有更高層次的要求。 然而傳統(tǒng)的人工洗車(chē)方式過(guò)于繁雜,浪費(fèi)人力和物力的同事,又不能達(dá)到客戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)足。所以本設(shè)計(jì)利用PLC控制的隧道式汽車(chē)自動(dòng)清洗裝置,就避免了傳統(tǒng)洗車(chē)的缺陷。洗車(chē)過(guò)程由PLC控制的著傳送帶負(fù)載著轎車(chē)在洗車(chē)隧道中進(jìn)行,分為檢測(cè)車(chē)型的大小、沖水、噴洗車(chē)劑、刷洗、次洗、烘干、噴灑亮光蠟、再次烘干。整個(gè)過(guò)程可在十七分鐘內(nèi)完成,且啟動(dòng)之后無(wú)需由人控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的全自動(dòng)。整個(gè)過(guò)程由傳送帶運(yùn)載著汽車(chē)在隧道中進(jìn)行,遇到每個(gè)限位開(kāi)關(guān),傳送帶就會(huì)停止進(jìn)行該限位開(kāi)關(guān)對(duì)應(yīng)的操作,從而解決了傳統(tǒng)洗車(chē)洗車(chē)慢、傷車(chē)身,浪費(fèi)水等缺點(diǎn),也極大地滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)對(duì)汽車(chē)保養(yǎng)的需求。
