摘要:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，我們對(duì)自動(dòng)化的要求越來(lái)越高，對(duì)健康的要求也越來(lái)越高。自動(dòng)洗碗機(jī)出現(xiàn)既能滿足當(dāng)前高度自動(dòng)化的需要，又能減輕勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。而且自動(dòng)洗碗機(jī)無(wú)論是耗水量、耗電量、洗滌劑的使用量都遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)低于人手洗，所以它能最大程度的滿足現(xiàn)代人對(duì)健康、環(huán)保、高效的要求。設(shè)計(jì)描述了自動(dòng)洗碗機(jī)從進(jìn)水、洗滌、排水、清洗、烘干、消毒、報(bào)警到自動(dòng)停機(jī)的循環(huán)過程。而且該自動(dòng)洗碗機(jī)運(yùn)用了可編程控制器，具有功能強(qiáng)，編程簡(jiǎn)單，使用方便，體積小等特點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞：自動(dòng)洗碗機(jī)；可編程控制器；自動(dòng)化
Abstract:With the development of science and technology, the demand of automation and haalth is more and more high. Automation dishwasher’s appear not only can meet the needs of highly automated currently, and can reduce the intensity of labor. And automatic dishwasher is much lower than hand-wash in consemption of water, electricity and detergent, which can fulfil the requirements of health, environmental protection and high efficiency in the maximum. The desigm describe the automatic dishwasher’s cycle progress from watering, washing,drainaging, cleaning, drying,disinfecting, alarning and turning down. And the automatic dishwasher use the programmable controller and have the charateristics like strong function, simply programming, easy to use and small size. 該系統(tǒng)由可編程控制器、變頻器、觸摸屏等控制元件組成，可編程控制器完成整個(gè)系統(tǒng)邏輯控制、各運(yùn)行相關(guān)參數(shù)傳送與讀寫、設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)顯示功能。變頻器與可編程控制器利用自由口通訊協(xié)議通訊完成設(shè)備的啟/停、簡(jiǎn)易PLC程序的執(zhí)行及其它相關(guān)運(yùn)行參數(shù)的傳送。PLC與觸摸屏通訊實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)對(duì)話，完成相關(guān)參數(shù)設(shè)置、啟停操作與狀態(tài)顯示。 自動(dòng)洗碗機(jī)利用可編程控制器、變頻器與人機(jī)界面等自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)品的有機(jī)結(jié)合來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)工業(yè)洗滌設(shè)備的自動(dòng)控制，其主要控制思路是對(duì)洗滌設(shè)備的進(jìn)水/出水、洗滌時(shí)間、可編程控制器通訊功能的應(yīng)用、變頻器簡(jiǎn)易PLC功能的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行有機(jī)的組合與設(shè)計(jì)。
