摘要:剩余電流就是低壓配電線路中各相(含中性線)電流矢量和不為零的電流。當(dāng)今,單片機的技術(shù)已經(jīng)非常成熟了,它集成度高、功能強、存儲量大、速度快、抗干擾性強和指令豐富等的優(yōu)點,使它的應(yīng)用遍及各個領(lǐng)域。本文設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)就是單片機應(yīng)用于火災(zāi)監(jiān)控的一個例子。本系統(tǒng)是一種高精度、測控速度快的應(yīng)用性比較強的剩余電流式火災(zāi)智能監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。 本系統(tǒng)以AT89S52單片機為控制核心,通過硬件電路的制作和軟件程序的編制,實現(xiàn)一個火災(zāi)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)主要包括信號采集模塊、溫度采集調(diào)理模塊、A/D轉(zhuǎn)換模塊、外部顯示模塊、時鐘模塊、報警模塊和存儲模塊。在前向通道一路通過熱敏電阻(PT100)對溫度進(jìn)行采集,另一路用剩余電流互感器測電流,轉(zhuǎn)化成直流電壓,這兩路采集到的數(shù)據(jù)通過A/D轉(zhuǎn)換模塊轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號,通過單片機處理,顯示屏顯示電流值和溫度值,當(dāng)電流超過設(shè)定值時蜂鳴器將報警。 本系統(tǒng)的軟件采用C語言進(jìn)行模塊化編程。本系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)速度比較迅捷,還具有功耗低,可靠性好的特點。所以本系統(tǒng)具有很強的應(yīng)用性,適合建筑電氣火災(zāi)監(jiān)控。 關(guān)鍵詞:單片機;剩余電流;A/D轉(zhuǎn)換;熱敏電阻(PT100)

The system is designed in single chip microcomputer application in fire monitoring as an example. The design uses the AT89S52 single-chip microcomputer as the control core, through the production of the hardware circuits and software programming, the realization of a fire control system. The system includes a signal acquisition module, the temperature acquisition conditioning module, A / D conversion module, an external display module, clock module, the alarm module and storage module.In the forward channel through a thermistor ( PT100) on the temperature of the collection. Another way, the residual current mutual inductor current to be measured, is converted into DC voltage. The two road collected data into a digital signal converted by the A/D converter module, single-chip processing, the display shows the current value and temperature value, the buzzer will alarm when the current exceeds the set value. The system software uses C language modular programming. The response speed of the system is relatively quick, but also has the advantages of low power consumption, good reliability.
