摘 要:本課題研究了PLC在太陽能熱水器自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用。主要研究了系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計(jì)過程。并指出系統(tǒng)的可擴(kuò)展性、基本的控制功能和維護(hù)的方便性是PLC設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵指等。在本文中繪制了系統(tǒng)的工藝流程圖；進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的I/O分配；繪制了系統(tǒng)的控制梯形圖；控制系統(tǒng)的電氣原理圖等。 通過PLC對(duì)太陽能熱水器系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化設(shè)計(jì)，讓系統(tǒng)更加先進(jìn)、接線簡(jiǎn)單、使用性提得到提。 關(guān)鍵詞: PLC組態(tài)；太陽能熱水器；自動(dòng)控制

我國是個(gè)人口大國，這樣對(duì)太陽能熱水器的使用需求量更大，目前我國已經(jīng)成為太陽能熱水器的最大生產(chǎn)國，但太陽熱水器的控制部分還在屬于開發(fā)研究階段。近年來，我國出現(xiàn)了一下太陽能熱水器的控制部分，但大多數(shù)控制器都存在很多問題，比如誤差大、控制器出現(xiàn)故障等，這樣影響太陽能熱水器的使用效率。太陽能熱水器及控制系統(tǒng)有這很大的發(fā)展空間，因此應(yīng)該加大對(duì)太陽能熱水器的開發(fā)和控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。而且太陽能是一種大自然賜予我們的可再生能源，我們應(yīng)該更加合理有效的利用到生產(chǎn)和生活當(dāng)中，使太陽能能源更大化，減少浪費(fèi)。 |
