摘要:逆變技術(shù)在科研、國防、生產(chǎn)和生活領(lǐng)域中應(yīng)用廣泛,如交流傳動的變頻調(diào)速、感應(yīng)加熱、功率超聲應(yīng)用、列車照明、脈沖電鍍電源、高頻直流焊機(jī)、高頻電子鎮(zhèn)流器、快速充電機(jī)等都使用了逆變電源技術(shù)。隨著控制技術(shù)的發(fā)展和對設(shè)備性能要求的不斷提高,許多行業(yè)的用電設(shè)備不再直接接入交流電網(wǎng),而是通過電力電子功率變換得到電能供應(yīng),因此,高質(zhì)量的逆變電路已成為電源技術(shù)的重要研究對象。 本次設(shè)計的任務(wù)主要是通過使用DSP技術(shù)生成SPWM波形設(shè)計產(chǎn)生六路正弦波,控制驅(qū)動電路和由IGBT晶閘管構(gòu)成的逆變橋,完成了將24V直流電轉(zhuǎn)換成頻率為50Hz,輸出為10V左右相角相差120°的三相交流電。使用DSP數(shù)字處理技術(shù)進(jìn)行控制可實現(xiàn)調(diào)制電路的全數(shù)字操作、工作方式靈活、頻率范圍寬、精度高功能強(qiáng), 可實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的智能化設(shè)計。設(shè)計中采用DSP進(jìn)行軟件部分的設(shè)計, 實現(xiàn)了逆變電源輸出電壓開環(huán)控制。 通過實驗表明, 由DSP數(shù)字處理技術(shù)構(gòu)成的逆變電源系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、輸出波形好、性能穩(wěn)定可靠, 適合于中、小功率的應(yīng)用場合。 關(guān)鍵字:SPWM;三相波形;逆變;DSP
ABSTRACT:Inverter technology is widely used in the scientific research, national defense, production and areas of life applications, such as AC transmission frequency control of motor speed, induction heating, power ultrasound application, train lighting, pulse electroplating power supply, high frequency DC welder, high frequency electronic ballast, rapid charging machine used inverter technology. Along with the development of the technology to control and improve equipment performance requirements, many in the industry no longer electrical equipment directly access exchange network, but through the power electronic power transformation get electricity supply, therefore, high quality inverter circuits has become an important research object of power technologies. The main task of design is by using DSP technology produces SPWM sine wave produced six waveform design, control by IGBT drive circuit and the thyristor inverter in the composition of the bridge, the completion of the 24 V DC will convert frequency for frequency 50 Hz, output for about 10 V phase Angle of the three-phase ac differ 120 °. Use DSP digital treatment techniques for the control can be realized modulation circuit full digital operation, flexible work, frequency wide range, high precision function is strong, can realize the system of intelligent design. Design by using DSP software part of the design, realization the output voltage inverter power supply open loop control. Through the experiments show that, by DSP digital processing technology in the composition of the inverter power supply system structure is simple, the output waveform good, stable and reliable performance, suitable for medium and small power applications.
