摘要:采用組態(tài)王6.53軟件作為礦泉水生產(chǎn)線PC控制的軟件開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)，通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)采集模塊以及RS485串口通訊把現(xiàn)場(chǎng)儀表、儀器與PC機(jī)連接起來(lái)，組成實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的控制系統(tǒng)。這個(gè)系統(tǒng)能滿(mǎn)足系統(tǒng)相關(guān)控制目標(biāo)，并且提高系統(tǒng)操作的時(shí)效性及安全性。實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)線的全自動(dòng)工作，減少人為因素造成的不安全性，確保生產(chǎn)線穩(wěn)定高效的工作。 關(guān)鍵詞：礦泉水生產(chǎn);PC控制;數(shù)據(jù)采集;串口通訊;組態(tài)軟件

采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)，不僅可以獲得新的功能，還可以使控制系統(tǒng)的功能得到極大的優(yōu)化。新的軟件工具的運(yùn)用也極大地改善了分析和設(shè)計(jì)控制系統(tǒng)時(shí)的工作效率。計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)與常規(guī)控制系統(tǒng)基本結(jié)構(gòu)相同，基本概念和術(shù)語(yǔ)也是通用的。不同之處在于：計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)采用軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)，在控制精度滿(mǎn)足的條件下，大大減少了系統(tǒng)的一次設(shè)備投入。此外計(jì)算機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)中控制器對(duì)被控對(duì)象的參數(shù)、狀態(tài)信息的檢測(cè)和控制在時(shí)間上是斷續(xù)的，對(duì)信號(hào)的分析計(jì)算是數(shù)字化的，而在模擬控制系統(tǒng)中，控制器對(duì)被控對(duì)象的參數(shù)、狀態(tài)信息和控制時(shí)間上是連續(xù)的。
