摘 要:在電子技術迅速發(fā)展的今天，PLC被非常廣泛的使用于電氣工程及其自動化設備中，很多行業(yè)也離不開PLC的控制，PLC在向微型化，網(wǎng)絡化和開放性方向發(fā)展，PLC在很長的一段時間內(nèi)都處于工業(yè)控制自動化領域的主導地位，為各種各樣的自動化控制設備提供了可靠，安全的控制方案。本設計主要針對基于PLC控制的面包機控制系統(tǒng)做出了設計。隨著經(jīng)濟時代的到來，人們的生活水平逐漸提高，但是相應的，生活節(jié)奏加快，導致人們沒什么時間來好好的經(jīng)營自己的生活，特別是上班一族，在飲食方面的時間更是少之又少；西方“面包加牛奶”式的飲食習慣受到了人們的追捧，在此基礎上，各種面包類商家應運而生，但是傳統(tǒng)的手工制作無法滿足廣大顧客的需求，面包機的加工適應了市場產(chǎn)出的需求，全面滿足了人們對面包的需求。工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)面包也可以滿足顧客個性化的口味，即使糖尿病人也可以吃到無糖面包。它無需專業(yè)技能，可輕松操作，使用起來非常簡便，而且做的面包衛(wèi)生，比傳統(tǒng)烘烤面包更經(jīng)濟實惠，更重要的是，讓顧客可以吃到新鮮的、可口的、營養(yǎng)的面包。 本課題研究的面包機采用PLC控制，用戶只需要將原料放入面包機并選取對應按鈕就可以了，面包機自動完成制作、烘烤、包裝面包的全過程，實現(xiàn)流水線生產(chǎn)面包，完全滿足現(xiàn)代化生活需求以及上班族忙碌的生活節(jié)奏，省時、省力又省心。 關鍵詞：面包機：PLC；流水線
ABSTRACT:Nowadays ，the rapid development of electronic technology , PLC is widely used in electrical engineering and automation equipment，there are a lot of industrys depend on PLC . PLC becomes in the direction of miniaturization, networking and opening . In a very long period of time，PLC is in the leading position in the field of industrial control system. Providing a reliable, safe control scheme ,for various automation control equipment. My design mainly study on the control system for the bread machine based on PLC control. With the development of economy, the living standard has improved, but the corresponding, to speed up the pace of life, people have no time to have a good result in the management of their own lives, especially the gens going to work, in the diet of the time is less and less; western "bread and milk" type of diet by the people eventually, on the basis of this, all kinds of bakery business emerge as the times require. But the traditional handmade cannot meet the demands of the customers, to adapt to the market demand for processing output of bread machine, fully meet the demand for bread. Industrial production of bread can also satisfy customer individual taste, even diabetes can eat sugar-free bread. It requires no professional skills, easy operation, use rise very convenient, but also make bread health, than the traditional baking bread is more economical, more important is, let the customer can eat fresh, delicious, nutritious bread. Bread machine this research adopts PLC control, the user only needs to ingredients into the bread machine and select the corresponding button, automatically making, baking bread, packaging the entire process of bread machine, realize the production of bread, fully meet the needs of modern life and the rhythm of life of workers busy, time saving, labor saving and worry.
