摘 要:血液透析是對(duì)慢性腎功能不全的患者進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期治療的一種方法,其治療過(guò)程就是通過(guò)血液與透析液之間的溶液彌散和超濾來(lái)清除患者血液中的代謝所產(chǎn)生的廢物和毒素,從而調(diào)整人體內(nèi)的水電解質(zhì)平衡、酸堿平衡。因此,用于配置透析液的水必須是符合醫(yī)用治療標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的反滲透水,即醫(yī)用純水,高品質(zhì)的醫(yī)用純水是患者生命健康的保障。 隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及人們對(duì)健康質(zhì)量的越來(lái)越重視,血液透析療法對(duì)純水的水質(zhì)要求也越來(lái)越高,導(dǎo)致需求量也日益增加,在水處理控制系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)研究中,當(dāng)今現(xiàn)有的控制設(shè)備已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足今后的發(fā)展需求,必須進(jìn)行大量的技術(shù)升級(jí)。為了滿(mǎn)足需求,本論文提出了解決產(chǎn)水質(zhì)量、運(yùn)行成本、運(yùn)行可靠、實(shí)施智能控制的方案。 本設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)采用反滲透(R0)設(shè)備,配置了可編程控制器(PLC),構(gòu)成透析用水處理的自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)。在本系統(tǒng)中對(duì)原水處理主要是采用二級(jí)反滲透工藝,控制上采用三菱FX-2N實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制,從而完成對(duì)系統(tǒng)過(guò)程中參數(shù)的監(jiān)測(cè),各個(gè)工作狀態(tài)的控制和功能的切換,以及報(bào)警的監(jiān)測(cè)等。然后介紹了本設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的硬件的選型,包括各種變送器的選型;控制閥門(mén)的選型;和某些動(dòng)作開(kāi)關(guān)的選型;PLC及相關(guān)模塊的選型。其次列出了本設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)的I/O分配情況和編程了相關(guān)工作狀態(tài)的控制和切換的程序指令。在本設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)中對(duì)于純水生產(chǎn)的工作狀態(tài)設(shè)定了正常產(chǎn)水,水箱供水,待機(jī)三個(gè)工作狀態(tài),并且這三個(gè)功能模塊相互作用。 關(guān)鍵詞:反滲透(R0);PLC;自動(dòng)化控制;純水
ABSTRACT:Hemodialysis in patients with chronic renal failure is a long duration of treatment, the treatment process is to remove metabolic waste and toxins in the blood of patients by solution dispersion and ultrafiltration between the blood and dialysate, adjust the body of water and electrolyte balance, acid-base balance. Therefore, the configuration of dialysate water must be consistent with the reverse osmosis water treatment standards, that is pure, pure quality is the patient's health and life assurance. With the development of industrial technology, people pay attention to the health quality of hemodialysis therapy, the requirements of water of pure water is more and more high, demand is growing, in the control system of the development of water treatment, the existing equipment can not meet the development needs of the future, must be a lot of technological innovation. In order to meet the demand, this paper proposes to solve the water quality, operation cost, reliable operation, the realization of intelligent control scheme. Reverse osmosis advanced the design system (R0) device, and the configuration of the programmable logic controller (PLC), constitute the dialysis treatment automatic control system with pure water. In the system of water treatment is mainly uses two reverse osmosis process, control the use of Mitsubishi FX-2N to achieve automatic control, so as to complete the detection of the parameters of the system in the process of control, switching between each state and mutual and alarm monitoring. Then introduced the selection of the design of system hardware, including selection of various transmitter; selection control valve; and the selection of some action switch; PLC and related modules selection. Secondly, a list of I/O distribution and programming of the system design program instruction related working state control and switching. In the design of the system for pure water production of the work of the state set the normal production of water, water supply, standby three working state, and the three function module interaction.
