摘 要:隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)的需要,我國(guó)電網(wǎng)覆蓋面積日益擴(kuò)大,于此同時(shí),對(duì)供電系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性要求也日益提高, 備自投作為提高穩(wěn)定性的自動(dòng)投入裝置已成為研究的重要課題。 針對(duì)此類(lèi)問(wèn)題,本設(shè)計(jì)采用智能可編程控制器(PLC)來(lái)解決。該文以屏邊倮姑水電站為例進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),主要對(duì)此類(lèi)小型電站的站用電源備自投的設(shè)計(jì)。該設(shè)計(jì)論述了課題研究的目的、意義即在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題和解決方法與措施。 該文詳細(xì)介紹了針對(duì)倮姑水電站站用電源備自投的總體實(shí)現(xiàn)方案設(shè)計(jì),重點(diǎn)是缺相檢測(cè)和運(yùn)用PLC解決交流繼電器的邏輯控制設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)缺相檢測(cè)方案的設(shè)計(jì),解決了PLC輸入采樣問(wèn)題,為PLC動(dòng)作提供邏輯輸入,根據(jù)繼電器控制要求設(shè)計(jì)PLC的控制模塊。設(shè)計(jì)主要成果有三相電源缺相檢測(cè)回路及設(shè)備選取,控制模塊中有主電路圖設(shè)計(jì)、I/O分配表、PLC控制接線(xiàn)圖、梯形圖及程序及PLC的選型。本文設(shè)計(jì)備自投系統(tǒng)性能良好、實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制要求、動(dòng)作靈活、操作方便、故障率較低、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單方便,實(shí)時(shí)解決了倮姑水電站站用電源備自投空缺問(wèn)題,并滿(mǎn)足了控制穩(wěn)定性要求。 關(guān)鍵詞:可編程控制器(PLC);備自投;自動(dòng)控制
ABSTRACT:Summary with the growth needs of the national economy,China's power grid covering an area of growing, at the same time, increasing demands on stability of power supply system, win equipment as inputs to improve the stability of automatic devices have become an important research topic. For this type of problem, this design uses intelligent programmable controller (PLC) as a solution. The case study of pingbian County Kou hydropower station design, intended for such small power plants power automatic bus transfer station design. The design addresses the purpose, meaning that research problems and solutions encountered during the design process and measures. Which provides a detailed description of Kou hydropower station with power into the overall solution design, focusing on the missing phase detection and application of PLC address AC relay logic control design. Through the design of phase detection scheme, solve the PLC input sampling issues, provide logic for the PLC input, according to the black-white control design of PLC control module. Main results have a three-phase power supply missing phase detection circuit design and equipment selection, design of main circuit diagram in the control module, I/O allocation table, PLC control wiring diagram, and PLC ladder diagram and procedure selection. This good performance, to achieve automatic control design of automatic bus transfer system requirements, flexibility, ease of operation, low failure rate, maintenance is simple and convenient, real time Kou hydropower station with power automatic bus transfer vacancies and control stability requirements are met.
