摘 要:藥柜這樣的工具是用于醫(yī)學(xué)行業(yè)中的對(duì)藥物的放置,自動(dòng)藥柜可以減輕人們的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、加快對(duì)藥物的取放速度、減少占地面積。同時(shí)自動(dòng)藥柜在提高人們的生活水平中也有重要作用。 目前藥柜的應(yīng)用范圍包括醫(yī)院、藥店等。是醫(yī)療行業(yè)不可缺少的工具。人們逐漸在為提高藥柜的性能做研究,不斷地尋找突破。 為適應(yīng)發(fā)展要求藥柜的使用已逐漸從傳統(tǒng)的人員手工控制向可編程控制器PLC控制過(guò)度??删幊炭刂破鏖_(kāi)始在藥柜控制系統(tǒng)中的嶄露頭角,是因?yàn)樗淳哂腥斯げ僮靼宓囊幌盗袃?yōu)點(diǎn)同時(shí)又可以克服人工操作的很多不足之處。更適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代生活對(duì)藥柜控制的要求,具有的靈活性也為以后藥柜的發(fā)展提供了基礎(chǔ)。 本次設(shè)計(jì)中主要完成自動(dòng)藥柜設(shè)計(jì)的PLC編程部分,并拿出完整的設(shè)計(jì)梯形圖、指令表、完成調(diào)試等。同時(shí)對(duì)藥柜的整體設(shè)計(jì),如:藥柜的結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理、各個(gè)部件的功能設(shè)計(jì)要求等也做學(xué)習(xí)和介紹。通過(guò)獨(dú)立完成這次設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)PLC的編程設(shè)計(jì)有更深入的了解,在設(shè)計(jì)中學(xué)會(huì)解決問(wèn)題把所學(xué)的PLC知識(shí)和現(xiàn)實(shí)中的藥柜結(jié)合,能根據(jù)具體要求完成PLC編程,在調(diào)試中發(fā)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤并修正。完成: 1.程序設(shè)計(jì)的流程圖 2.PLC控制的梯形圖及程序分析 3.列出I/O接口分布、按鈕分布等 4. 自動(dòng)藥柜運(yùn)行模擬 關(guān)鍵詞:PLC;藥柜控制;設(shè)計(jì)
