摘要:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步促使社會(huì)中各行各業(yè)都在不斷地發(fā)展壯大,電能已成為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主要能源和動(dòng)力,做好工廠供電設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于發(fā)展工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,具有十分重要的意義。本化纖廠35kv降壓變電所電氣設(shè)計(jì),一是要能夠滿足化纖廠的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和化纖廠生活用電的需要,二是要保證為本化纖廠安全,可靠的供電,技術(shù)先進(jìn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理,并且同時(shí)要做好一些節(jié)能措施。 這次的設(shè)計(jì)題目某化纖廠35kv降壓變電所電氣設(shè)計(jì)。此設(shè)計(jì)根據(jù)某化纖廠實(shí)際的供電電源及實(shí)際用電負(fù)荷,并且適當(dāng)?shù)目紤]到本廠未來(lái)生產(chǎn)一定的發(fā)展空間,同時(shí)要滿足工廠供電的基本要求,首先,進(jìn)行了對(duì)各車(chē)間計(jì)算負(fù)荷及無(wú)功補(bǔ)償;確定出了各變電所的位置及個(gè)變電所變壓器臺(tái)數(shù)、容量和型號(hào)。其次,進(jìn)行了短路電流的計(jì)算,選擇和校驗(yàn)了各線路導(dǎo)線截面和變電所高低壓設(shè)備選擇和校驗(yàn)。最后,對(duì)各車(chē)間變電所及總降變電所進(jìn)行繼電保護(hù)整定計(jì)算及配置,且配置接地裝置及防雷保護(hù)裝置,同時(shí)繪制出設(shè)計(jì)的電氣設(shè)計(jì)圖樣,完成了化纖廠降壓變電所電氣的設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 負(fù)荷計(jì)算; 短路電流計(jì)算; 無(wú)功補(bǔ)償; 變壓器選擇; 接地裝置
