摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)基于AT89S52 單片機(jī),以他勵(lì)直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型和無靜差直流調(diào)速理論為理論依據(jù),完成了無轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器的直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的初步設(shè)計(jì)。實(shí)現(xiàn)了直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的數(shù)字化和無速度傳感器化,在滿足一般工程需要的請情況下,為直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)節(jié)省了一套測速裝置,既節(jié)省了成本,也提高了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性。隨著微機(jī)技術(shù)和電力電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展,高速微處理器和高速開關(guān)管應(yīng)用于直流電動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)速成為可能,打破了以往直流電動(dòng)機(jī)串電阻調(diào)速和一些低效率調(diào)速的歷史。本文用直流電動(dòng)機(jī)的數(shù)學(xué)模型來估算電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,克服了傳統(tǒng)速度傳感器的抗干擾性不強(qiáng)的缺點(diǎn)。 關(guān)鍵詞 無轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器; 直流調(diào)速系統(tǒng); 單片機(jī)
