摘要:電動(dòng)機(jī)在日常生產(chǎn)生活中應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛，而且工作時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，長(zhǎng)時(shí)間工作從而很容易引起故障。本文就電動(dòng)機(jī)的常見(jiàn)的過(guò)壓，欠壓，過(guò)熱等故障做出診斷并設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)部分對(duì)故障實(shí)施故障診斷跟保護(hù)。首先建立物理模型，根據(jù)建立的過(guò)熱保護(hù)物理模型和基于8051單片機(jī)的微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)采集電壓，電流，溫度等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析判斷，從而實(shí)行電動(dòng)機(jī)的故障診斷和電氣保護(hù)功能。此外8051單片機(jī)的微機(jī)保護(hù)系統(tǒng)具有鍵盤(pán)輸入及數(shù)據(jù)顯示等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，能夠完成本設(shè)計(jì)方案，最后通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了本設(shè)計(jì)方案的可行性和有效性。 關(guān)鍵詞 交流電動(dòng)機(jī)；微機(jī)保護(hù)；故障分析；8051單片機(jī)
Abstract:Motor used in daily life more and more extensive, and working hours are long, long time work and very easily lead to failure. In this paper, common motor overvoltage, overheating fault diagnosis and design some system protection design and implementation of fault diagnosis and protection on fault. Firstly, the physical model, physical model is established according to the overheating protection and protection system for colleting the voltage, current and temperature based on 8051 single chip computer, data analysis and judgment, so as to carry out the fault diagnosis and protection functions of the electric motor.
