摘要:水位的控制和監(jiān)測(cè)在農(nóng)業(yè)和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越多。與此同時(shí),生活中的水位控制也越來(lái)越重要。然而隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,人們生活質(zhì)量也隨著不斷提高,對(duì)用水的需求不斷增長(zhǎng),傳統(tǒng)的水位控制方法單純依靠軟件編程實(shí)現(xiàn),能耗大、不方便維護(hù)、操作復(fù)雜等缺陷逐漸暴露,已經(jīng)滿足不了人們的實(shí)際需求。 本文在傳統(tǒng)的以西門子S7-200系列PLC為控制核心的基礎(chǔ)上,加入PID閉環(huán)控制方法,對(duì)水塔水位實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合控制。在傳統(tǒng)控制系統(tǒng)中,加入液位傳感器和控制模塊。實(shí)現(xiàn)原理是液位傳感器將測(cè)量的實(shí)際的液位高度傳遞給PLC,PLC通過(guò)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換,將液位值轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)字量與設(shè)定值進(jìn)行比較,通過(guò)差值控制水泵和閥門,進(jìn)行進(jìn)水或出水,同時(shí)設(shè)有報(bào)警電路,當(dāng)水位高于或低于某個(gè)設(shè)定值時(shí),觸動(dòng)報(bào)警器,控制模塊用來(lái)顯示整個(gè)過(guò)程和整體控制。本文很好的將PLC控制與PID控制方法相結(jié)合,形成了一種更好的水位控制方案。 關(guān)鍵詞 水位控制;西門子S7-200;液位傳感器;控制模塊;設(shè)定值
Abstract:Control and monitoring of water level is more and more applied in the agricultural and industrial production. At the same time, the water level control is becoming more and more important in life. However, with the fast development of society, the quality of people life rise ceaselessly, the demand for water is also constantly improve, the traditional method of water level control relying on software programming implementation start to show it’s shortage, large energy consumption and inconvenient maintenance, operating complex defects exposed gradually, people is not satisfied with it for the actual needs . Based on the traditional with the Siemens series S7-200 PLC as the core, on the basis of joining PID closed loop control method, the water tower water level to achieve integrated control. Adding sensors and control modules to traditional control system. Principle was A liquid level sensor to measure the actual level of transmitted to PLC, PLC through A/D conversion, liquid level value could be converted to digital quantity comparing with set point, through differential control pumps and valves, water or water, at the same time equipped with alarm circuit, when the water level above or below a set point, alarm, and control module used for displaying the was whole process and the overall control. It is very good in this paper that PLC control combined with PID control method has formed a better water level control scheme.
