摘 要:在海上油氣資源的建設(shè)和開采過程中,海洋鉆井平臺電力供電系統(tǒng)是海洋油氣開采作業(yè)系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)重要組成部分,為整個(gè)海上石油開采系統(tǒng)提供能源和動(dòng)力,保證正常的海底石油開采、輸送和平臺上的日常運(yùn)行所需;根據(jù)海洋鉆井平臺的特殊情況,平臺電源全部采用自發(fā)電供電;并需要滿足安全、可靠、優(yōu)質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)的電力供電系統(tǒng)。這就需要設(shè)計(jì)出合理的電力供電系統(tǒng),滿足鉆井平臺需要。本設(shè)計(jì)主要是對海洋鉆井平臺進(jìn)行供配電設(shè)計(jì),完成電能分配和運(yùn)用。在供電設(shè)計(jì)中,既要照顧局部的當(dāng)前的利益,又要能顧全大局,適應(yīng)發(fā)展。 先對鉆井平臺負(fù)荷進(jìn)行計(jì)算,確定平臺總的負(fù)荷容量,進(jìn)行無功功率補(bǔ)償,以提高功率因數(shù)。根據(jù)補(bǔ)償后的負(fù)荷容量,選擇平臺供配電所發(fā)電機(jī)和變壓器的容量及臺數(shù),然后確定鉆井平臺采用的供電系統(tǒng),選擇合適的配電方案,畫出供配電系統(tǒng)主接線圖。 計(jì)算三相短路電流,以進(jìn)行設(shè)備的校驗(yàn)。低壓一次設(shè)備和電纜截面積選擇時(shí),都必須滿足電路正常條件下和短路故障條件下工作的要求。 最后,進(jìn)行繼電保護(hù)和防雷接地,來提高系統(tǒng)的安全性和可靠性。 關(guān)鍵詞:變配電所 電力負(fù)荷 鉆井平臺 短路電流 變壓器
