摘 要:隨著生活質(zhì)量的不斷改善,科技的不斷發(fā)展,環(huán)境污染也在不斷的增加,導(dǎo)致絕緣子表面被染污的程度增大,污閃帶來的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也增大了,輸電線路的可靠性降低,構(gòu)成了電力系統(tǒng)潛在的威脅。為了改善此種現(xiàn)象,有必要對(duì)絕緣子的污穢閃絡(luò)特性作進(jìn)一步的研究。 本文研究的試品為XWP2-160瓷絕緣子,采用固體涂層法對(duì)試品進(jìn)行染污,采用升壓法對(duì)試品進(jìn)行升壓至閃絡(luò)得到閃絡(luò)電壓,在人工霧室的條件下進(jìn)行大量的人工污穢試驗(yàn)。采用Excel以及曲線擬合軟件1stopt來正確處理試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),通過數(shù)據(jù)分析得到鹽密ρESDD和灰密ρNSDD單獨(dú)作用和共同作用下對(duì)閃絡(luò)電壓Uf的影響。確定了鹽密的影響指數(shù)a,灰密的影響指數(shù)b,并且通過鹽密/灰密單獨(dú)影響下的污閃電壓Uf與鹽密/灰密的關(guān)系圖來研究了瓷絕緣子的污穢閃絡(luò)特性。 關(guān)鍵詞:瓷絕緣子;等值鹽密;灰密;污閃
ABSTRACT:With the continuous improvement of quality of life and the continuous development of science and technology, environmental pollution is constantly increasing, leading to the degree of the insulator surface soiled increases flashover also increases the risks, reduce the reliability of transmission lines, constitute a potential threat.To improve this phenomenon, it is necessary to carry out in-depth study of insulator contamination flashover characteristics. The test sample is XWP2-160 porcelain insulators, using solid coating method to contaminate the sample and using boost method to boost the sample to flashover and get flashover voltage ,through the test to select the appropriate test devices, and with the conditions of artificial fog chamber to do a large number of artificial pollution tests.I correctly handled the test data obtained by studying Excel and curve fitting software 1stopt . Using this data, I analysis the impact of salt density ρESDD and ash density ρNSDD individually and collectively on flashover voltage Uf.I get the impact index of salt density “a”and the impact index of ash density “b”, and study the pollution flashover characteristics through the diagram of flashover voltage Uf and salt density / ash density under the independent effects of salt density / ash density.Keywords: Porcelain insulators ,Salt density(ESDD),Grey density(NSDD),Flashover |
