摘 要:時(shí)代在變遷科技在進(jìn)步,伴隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,各行業(yè)的自動(dòng)化集成度不斷提高。而高的自動(dòng)化集成度,不但可以減少不必要的勞動(dòng)力,可以減輕人們的負(fù)擔(dān),而且,自動(dòng)化控制遠(yuǎn)比人們手動(dòng)操作要更加安全可靠??删幊踢壿嬁刂破鳎ê?jiǎn)稱PLC)由于其具有編程簡(jiǎn)單易學(xué)、安裝簡(jiǎn)單維修方便、通用性強(qiáng)、可靠性高、體積小、易于維護(hù)、采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)、接口模塊豐富、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)試周期短、抗干擾性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而廣泛應(yīng)用于自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域。并且,由于工廠的工作環(huán)境相對(duì)惡略,所以PLC在工廠中的應(yīng)用更是廣泛。本文主要是研究自動(dòng)送料裝車系統(tǒng)中的PLC控制,首先根據(jù)車的大小不同來(lái)設(shè)定不同的噸位,并利用PLC來(lái)控制三級(jí)傳送帶、料斗等實(shí)現(xiàn)料的自動(dòng)裝車。PLC的種類很多,本次設(shè)計(jì)利用的PLC是西門子系列的S7-200 CPU224。此次自動(dòng)送料裝車系統(tǒng)由三級(jí)傳送帶、料斗、料位檢測(cè)與送料、車位和噸位檢測(cè)等環(huán)節(jié)組成,利用PLC來(lái)控制實(shí)現(xiàn)其各個(gè)功能。 關(guān)鍵詞:自動(dòng)化 自動(dòng)送料裝車系統(tǒng) 可編程邏輯控制器 控制
ABSTRACT:In the era of change in the progress of science and technology, with the continuous progress of science and technology, the industry automation increasing integration. High automation degree, not only can reduce unnecessary labor, can reduce people's burden, but also, automation control than people manually operation to be safer and more reliable. Programmable logic controller (PLC) because of its programming easy, simple installation and convenient repair, versatility, high reliability, small size, easy maintenance, using the advantages of modular structure, interface modules, system design and debugging cycle short, strong anti-jamming and widely applied in automation field. And, because the factory work environment is relatively bad, so the application of PLC in the factory is more widely. This paper is the automatic feed loading system PLC control research, according to the car of different sizes to set different tonnage, automatic loading and using PLC to control the three conveyor belt, realize the material hopper. There are many kinds of PLC, using the design of Siemens PLC is S7-200 series CPU224. The automatic feed loading system is composed of three conveyor belts, hopper, material position detection and feeding, parking and tonnage detection process, using PLC to control the realization of the various functions.
