摘要:電網(wǎng)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)規(guī)范化和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,保證了電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,提高供電可靠性,達(dá)到優(yōu)化電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)、保證電能質(zhì)量、降低電網(wǎng)損耗,同時(shí)提高了電網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)性和勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率,滿足用電負(fù)荷不斷增長的需要,建設(shè)與都市國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)代化電網(wǎng)。 本論文主要進(jìn)行對(duì)中低壓配網(wǎng)規(guī)劃的網(wǎng)架優(yōu)化和可靠性分析這兩方面內(nèi)容的研究分析。編制電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,從調(diào)查研究電網(wǎng)現(xiàn)狀入手,分析負(fù)荷增長規(guī)律,解決電網(wǎng)薄弱環(huán)節(jié),優(yōu)化電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),提高電網(wǎng)的供電能力、適應(yīng)性和自動(dòng)化水平。通過對(duì)兩個(gè)供電所的10KV 線路的總體分析,了解了線路的主干長度情況,接線模式分析,線路的重、過載情況等等,對(duì)一些具體線路進(jìn)行可靠性計(jì)算,通過對(duì)年故障停運(yùn)率、平均停運(yùn)持續(xù)時(shí)間、年平均停運(yùn)時(shí)間的計(jì)算,評(píng)估線路的可靠性......通過對(duì)這些線路的研究,得出了線路現(xiàn)狀所存在的問題,并對(duì)部分提出改造方案,也根據(jù)區(qū)域的負(fù)荷預(yù)測(cè),提出了未來幾年的電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,做出資金預(yù)算,預(yù)計(jì)改造后的效果。 電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃要做到近期與遠(yuǎn)期相結(jié)合,新建與改造相結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)電網(wǎng)接線規(guī)范化和設(shè)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。在電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行安全可靠和保證電能質(zhì)量的前提下,達(dá)到電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的技術(shù)先進(jìn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的目標(biāo)。 關(guān)鍵詞:配網(wǎng)規(guī)劃;網(wǎng)架優(yōu)化,可靠性
Abstract:To make the network planning, design, construction and standardization,guarantee the safe and stable operation of the grid, improve the power supply reliability,optimize network structure, the guarantee quality, reduce the energy loss of power grid,efficiency and productivity goals, electricity load increasing, national economic development and urban construction adapt to the modern network. This thesis were on the low-voltage grid distribution network planning optimization and reliability analysis of these two aspects of the research. The preparation of network planning, network status from the research, analyzes laws of load growth and solve network weaknesses, optimize network structure and improve the power supply capacity, adaptability and automation. Powered by two 10KV lines by the overall analysis, to understand the situation the length of the trunk lines, wiring pattern analysis, line weight, overload situations, the reliability of the calculation of specific lines, through years of failure outage rate, average outage duration, the calculation of the average outage time to assess the reliability of line ...... research on these lines, draw the line status of the problems, and part of the modification program, also on the regional load forecasting is proposed network planning the next few years to make capital budget is expected to effect after the modification. Grid planning should be combined with the forward recently, new combination, and realize network wiring standardization and standardization of facilities. In the network safe and reliable operation, and ensure the quality of electric power construction premise, reach the advanced technology and the economic and reasonable target.
