摘要:供應(yīng)紅草地區(qū)的輸電線(xiàn)路已接近滿(mǎn)載運(yùn)行,并已無(wú)路徑供新增負(fù)荷,而且用電負(fù)荷也增長(zhǎng)較快,預(yù)計(jì)在2015年該地區(qū)電負(fù)荷將達(dá)到40MW。廣東電網(wǎng)公司汕尾供電局根據(jù)分層分區(qū)的供電原則,并按《汕尾市 “十一五” 電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃》,擬定在紅草鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)一座110kV變電站,來(lái)滿(mǎn)足該地區(qū)用電需求,同時(shí)也改善了汕尾城區(qū)的110kV主網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)及10kV配電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),提高供電的質(zhì)量和可靠性。 本文主要內(nèi)容是汕尾110kV紅草變電站一次部分的初步設(shè)計(jì),包括主接線(xiàn)選擇、主變的選擇、短路電流計(jì)算、直流系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、高壓電器設(shè)備選型、母線(xiàn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、配電裝置設(shè)計(jì)、防雷接地保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)及部分圖紙繪制與修改。 其中,課題研究的負(fù)荷、主變?nèi)萘考芭_(tái)數(shù)都已給定,主要完成的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)是確定紅草站接入系統(tǒng)方案、選擇電氣主接線(xiàn)方式、選擇主變壓器、計(jì)算短路電流,并根據(jù)短路電流結(jié)果選擇高壓電器設(shè)備;直流系統(tǒng)、母線(xiàn)系統(tǒng)、配電裝置、防雷和接地保護(hù)均采用南方電網(wǎng)2009年版的《南方電網(wǎng)變電站標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)化方案,第三卷 110kV變電站標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)細(xì)化方案,第十篇 CSG-110B-3B24AWD方案》;另外,結(jié)合紅草站實(shí)際來(lái)修改典型設(shè)計(jì)圖紙。 110kV紅草變電站最終規(guī)模為三臺(tái)50MVA的雙繞組變壓器;110kV共4回架空出線(xiàn),采用單母線(xiàn)斷路器分段接線(xiàn),10kV共36回電纜出線(xiàn),采用單母線(xiàn)雙分段四段母線(xiàn)接線(xiàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞:變電站,110kV,初步設(shè)計(jì),一次部分,主接線(xiàn),主變壓器
