摘要:20世紀(jì)50年代,AGV、柔性制造系統(tǒng)、PLC相繼出現(xiàn)。目前,PLC以其可靠性高、適應(yīng)能力強(qiáng)、靈活通用、使用方便、維護(hù)簡單的特點(diǎn),在很多方面,已經(jīng)得到廣泛的使用;AGV由于具有行動(dòng)快捷、工作效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、可控性強(qiáng)、安全性好等優(yōu)勢(shì),已經(jīng)成為生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)中最大的專業(yè)分支之一;柔性制造系統(tǒng)有設(shè)備利用率高、在制品減少80%左右、生產(chǎn)能力相對(duì)穩(wěn)定、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高、運(yùn)行靈活、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)變能力大等特點(diǎn),也逐漸受到人們的關(guān)注。 本文基于西門子S7-200PLC,將AGV、柔性制造系統(tǒng)和PLC三者相結(jié)合,完成由AGV運(yùn)送到指定位置的工件,通過機(jī)械手,把工件搬運(yùn)到皮帶,并皮帶傳送之前完成對(duì)黑白兩個(gè)顏色的的工件做出區(qū)分,最后再把不同顏色的工件分別送到相對(duì)應(yīng)的貨倉內(nèi)。首先學(xué)習(xí)西門子編程方法,了解了西門子PLC的接線方式,編寫出能夠控制機(jī)械手和皮帶的程序;然后再利用工業(yè)組態(tài)模擬現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的工作流程;最后完成PLC與組態(tài)王的通訊,讓組態(tài)王能夠利用PLC程序?qū)φ麄€(gè)物料的運(yùn)輸、搬運(yùn)、分辨顏色、分裝的程進(jìn)行監(jiān)控,完成將AGV、PLC和柔性制造系統(tǒng)相結(jié)合。 關(guān)鍵詞:柔性制造系統(tǒng);AGV ;搬運(yùn);裝配;分揀;PLC設(shè)計(jì)
ABSTRACT:In the 1950s, AGV, flexible manufacturing systems, PLC arise. At present, the PLC with its high reliability and flexibility, flexible gm, use convenient, simple maintenance characteristic, in many respects, has been widely used; AVG due to its act faster, high working efficiency, simple structure, controllable strong advantages and good safety, has become the largest production logistics system of professional one branch; Flexible manufacturing systems have equipment utilization rate, reduce around 80 percent in products, production capacity relative stability and high quality, flexible operation, product strain capacity wait for a characteristic, also gradually got the attention of people. This paper based on Siemens s7-200 PLC, will AGV, flexible manufacturing systems and PLC, finish by combining the three AGV shipped to specify the location of the manipulator, workpiece, through the workpiece handling to the belt, and belt transmission of black and white completed before the two colors, finally distinction between work-piece respectively the different colors of workpiece to corresponding warehouse inside.
