摘要：自動化立體倉庫是物流中的重要組成部分，它是在不直接進行人工干預(yù)的情況下自動地存儲和取出物流的系統(tǒng)。它是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會發(fā)展的高科技產(chǎn)物，對提高生產(chǎn)率、降低成本有著重要意義。 近年來，隨著企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與管理的不斷提高，越來越多的企業(yè)認識到物流系統(tǒng)的改善與合理性對企業(yè)的發(fā)展非常重要。堆垛機是自動化立體倉庫中最重要的起重堆垛設(shè)備，它能夠在自動化立體的巷道中來回穿梭運行，將位于巷道口的貨物存入貨格；或者相反取出貨格內(nèi)的貨物運送到巷道口。 本文論述的是現(xiàn)在運用較為廣泛的巷道是立體庫堆垛機的控制設(shè)計方案及控制程序的編寫，本文以西門子公司S7-200系列PLC機型為例，研究：電機的控制、升降機構(gòu)、行走機構(gòu)、貨叉伸縮機構(gòu)的控制上。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：可編程控制器（PLC）；堆垛機；步進電機
