摘要：自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)是可完成無人自動(dòng)售貨,集光、機(jī)、電一體化的商業(yè)自動(dòng)化設(shè)備。近年來,我國的自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)行業(yè)突飛猛進(jìn):在汽車總站、商廈、醫(yī)院、小區(qū)、學(xué)校等地區(qū)都能找到自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的蹤跡。本篇論文主要講述了基于PLC的自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。 本論文設(shè)計(jì)的是基于西門子S7-200 系列PLC構(gòu)成的自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，本文闡述了自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的來源與發(fā)展，以及它在國內(nèi)外發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的方案進(jìn)行了論證，介紹了PLC的基本組成、特點(diǎn)以及工作原理，對(duì)基于西門子S7-200 系列PLC構(gòu)成的自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計(jì)過程進(jìn)行較為細(xì)致的論述。 文中詳盡地介紹了自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的各硬件組成，并完成了PLC外部接線圖。在PLC梯形圖的編寫時(shí)，文中采用的是西門子PLC梯形圖專用編譯軟件STEP7來進(jìn)行編寫。介紹了自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)的基本原理以及工作流程，然后以一次交易過程為例，把交易過程分為幾個(gè)程序塊，然后分別對(duì)程序塊進(jìn)行編程。具體說明了可編程序控制器在自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)中的作用。程序涉及到了自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)工作的絕大部分過程。利用PLC控制的自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)提高了系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性，保證自動(dòng)售貨機(jī)能夠長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。 關(guān)鍵詞：售貨機(jī)、PLC、I/O點(diǎn)的分配、商業(yè)設(shè)備
Abstract：The vending machine is to be completed unattended vending, set light, machines, electricity integration of commercial automation equipment. In recent years, China's vending machine industry make a spurt of progress: the car terminal, commercial buildings, hospitals, schools, residential areas can be found in the vending machine. This article is mainly about PLC based vending machine control system design. This thesis is based on the design of Siemens S7-200 series PLC vending machine monitoring system, this paper expounds the origin and development of the automatic vending machine, and it is in the domestic and foreign development status, the vending machine's plan to have proof, introduced the PLC basic composition, characteristics and working principle, based on Siemens S7-200series PLC vending machine system overall design process are more detailed exposition. The paper introduces the hardware composition of the vending machine, and completed PLC external wiring diagram. In the PLC ladder programming, this paper adopts Siemens PLC ladder diagram is a special compiler software STEP7to carry on the compilation. Introduced vending machine's basic principle as well as the work flow, then take a transaction process as an example, the transaction process is divided into several blocks, and then the block of programming. Detailed description of programmable controller in vending machine function. The procedure involved the vending machine work most course. Use of PLC control of the vending machine can improve the stability of the system, ensures the automatic vending machine capable of long-term stable operation.
