摘要:介紹了三相異步電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和原理,以及幾種常見(jiàn)的交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng),并著重闡述了調(diào)壓調(diào)速系統(tǒng)。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)壓調(diào)速系統(tǒng)各模塊的分析,利用Matlab/Simulink建立了三相異步電機(jī)調(diào)壓調(diào)速系統(tǒng)開(kāi)環(huán)和閉環(huán)模型,得出了兩種情況下的仿真結(jié)果,并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析、比較。本次仿真運(yùn)用了軟件中許多現(xiàn)成的模塊,并將實(shí)驗(yàn)中所建模塊封裝起來(lái),以便下次使用。使用時(shí)只需調(diào)出所需模塊并置入相應(yīng)的電機(jī)參數(shù),就可方便地進(jìn)行仿真,而且仿真的各變量結(jié)果可靠、穩(wěn)定,證明該模型具有快捷、靈活、方便、直觀等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過(guò)對(duì)三相異步電機(jī)的調(diào)壓調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的仿真,驗(yàn)證了建模方法的有效性,并為以后在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行其他電機(jī)或調(diào)速系統(tǒng)研究提供了借鑒和方便。 關(guān)鍵詞:三相異步電機(jī);調(diào)壓調(diào)速;Matlab/Simulink;仿真
Abstract:Three-phase asynchronous motor is introduced the structure and principle, and several common exchange speed control system, and discusses the pressure regulating speed regulation system. Through to the pressure regulating speed regulation system of each module in analysis, using Matlab/Simulink established a three-phase asynchronous motor speed system pressure regulating open loop and closed-loop model, it is concluded that the two cases of simulation results, and the results are analyzed and compared. The simulation using the software many ready-made module, and will be built in the experiments that module package up, so that the next time use. Use only needed module and inserting accesses the corresponding motor parameters, can be convenient to the simulation, and the simulation results of the variables reliable, stable, prove the model has a fast, flexible, convenient, intuitive and so on a series of advantages. Through the surge of three-phase asynchronous motor speed system of simulation proves the validity of the method of modeling, and is later on that basis other motor or speed regulation system provides a reference for research and convenient. 在用SIMULINK工具箱對(duì)開(kāi)閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真時(shí),各模塊均可從SimPowerSystem和Simulink模塊庫(kù)中找到。為了簡(jiǎn)化仿真模型,可先將同步六脈沖觸發(fā)器電路和三相交流調(diào)壓電路進(jìn)行封裝,使用時(shí)直接打開(kāi)即可。需要注意的是,不僅各個(gè)模塊間的連線要正確,各個(gè)模塊的調(diào)節(jié)參數(shù)也必須互相匹配,如果不太匹配,那么這個(gè)系統(tǒng)的性能就會(huì)受到很大影響,往往會(huì)得不到想要的仿真結(jié)果。在調(diào)試當(dāng)中往往會(huì)遇到這樣的問(wèn)題:電路的連接明明是對(duì)的,但是仿真結(jié)果就是不理想。后來(lái)查看了很多的資料才知道是各個(gè)模塊的參數(shù)沒(méi)有整定好,最后在老師的指導(dǎo)下下,不斷更改相關(guān)參數(shù)設(shè)定,才得到了預(yù)期的仿真結(jié)果。所以,實(shí)驗(yàn)的成功,不僅僅要有正確的連線,參數(shù)的設(shè)定非常重要,我們要通過(guò)不斷改變參數(shù)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)化。
