摘要:隨著人們生活水平的穩(wěn)步提高，轎車(chē)已逐漸走進(jìn)家庭。汽車(chē)數(shù)量的增加也導(dǎo)致洗車(chē)耗水量亦大幅攀升。然而如今單純的清洗汽車(chē)是不夠的，更應(yīng)注意對(duì)汽車(chē)的美容。汽車(chē)的打蠟就是一項(xiàng)很重要的汽車(chē)保養(yǎng)的過(guò)程，絕大多數(shù)汽車(chē)用戶在清洗汽車(chē)的清潔和表面光潔度上，有三種不同的清洗要求，這三個(gè)方面的要求是：清洗劑清洗，普通的水洗和打蠟清洗。為了滿足這些要求，在設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程中要體現(xiàn)出這些用戶的功能。自動(dòng)洗車(chē)機(jī)一般的有龍門(mén)往復(fù)式和隧道式兩種機(jī)型，通過(guò)對(duì)毛刷、水泵和風(fēng)機(jī)等部件相互配合與控制，來(lái)完成對(duì)車(chē)輛的清洗、風(fēng)干等過(guò)程。洗車(chē)機(jī)可以很大程度上的節(jié)約用水，是一個(gè)很有發(fā)展前景的、方便高效的產(chǎn)品。而PLC的可靠性高，編程簡(jiǎn)單還容易維護(hù)，用它來(lái)作為自動(dòng)洗車(chē)機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)的主要元件，更能體現(xiàn)它的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)。 本次設(shè)計(jì)主要通過(guò)對(duì)汽車(chē)清洗機(jī)的相關(guān)功能要求和運(yùn)行的過(guò)程的研究與分析，明確了汽車(chē)清洗機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。本汽車(chē)清洗機(jī)共有三種洗車(chē)程序可供選擇：程序一為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)清洗，程序二為打蠟清洗，程序三為打蠟水洗。利用可編程序控制器技術(shù)，對(duì)汽車(chē)清洗機(jī)的PLC控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了硬件選型和控制軟件編程。實(shí)現(xiàn)了汽車(chē)清洗機(jī)的控制要求，并且還滿足了環(huán)保、可靠和低成本的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求。 關(guān)鍵詞：汽車(chē)清洗機(jī)；PLC控制；可編程邏輯控制器
Abstract:With the steady improvement of people's living standard, the car has gradually moved into the family.
