摘要：寬頻函數(shù)信號發(fā)生器主要完成各種波形信號的產(chǎn)生與任意波形的合成，本設(shè)計以單片機系統(tǒng)為控制核心，設(shè)計寬頻函數(shù)信號發(fā)生器的硬件電路和單片機系統(tǒng)軟件。實現(xiàn)正弦波、方波、三角波、脈沖等多種函數(shù)波形信號的輸出。用戶可根據(jù)實際需要，由鍵盤設(shè)定產(chǎn)生函數(shù)波形信號的類型、幅度、頻率等參數(shù)。 本設(shè)計寬頻函數(shù)信號發(fā)生器由89C51、四路D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器TLC7226、四運放LM334、MAX038、程控模擬信號放大器和低通濾波器組成。通過鍵盤設(shè)定函數(shù)波形種類、頻率、幅度、占空比等參數(shù)的一個信號進入單片機89C51控制，由MAX038產(chǎn)生各種波形信號，在此過程中信號通過四通道D/A轉(zhuǎn)換器產(chǎn)生模擬電壓和電流，它再通過運放將模擬的信號放大，它進入MAX038的頻率粗調(diào)端IIN、微調(diào)端FADJ、占空比控制端DADJ、在它的COSC端口接一個繼電器和三個振蕩電容作為頻率選擇。 系統(tǒng)軟件由主監(jiān)控軟件、鍵盤顯示器管理模塊、外設(shè)中斷管理處理模塊、各功能模塊和數(shù)據(jù)表模塊構(gòu)成。監(jiān)控主程序是系統(tǒng)軟件的主程序，是整個儀器軟件的核心，上電復(fù)位后儀器首先進入監(jiān)控主程序。它的任務(wù)是識別命令、解釋命令，并獲得完成該命令的相應(yīng)模塊的入口，起著引導(dǎo)儀器進入正常工作狀態(tài)，并協(xié)調(diào)各部分軟件有條不紊地工作的重要作用。 本文設(shè)計的寬頻函數(shù)信號發(fā)生器具有操作簡單、低成本、高性能、可靠性與穩(wěn)定性較好、易于控制的優(yōu)點。 關(guān)鍵詞:信號發(fā)生器；MAX038；單片機；寬頻
