摘要:建設(shè)工程為人類生活、生產(chǎn)提供物質(zhì)技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)，它是人類有組織、有目的的大規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)。它包括建筑工程、鐵路工程、水利工程、水電工程、市政工程等。它們的資料管理內(nèi)容各自有著區(qū)別，在現(xiàn)代化建筑施工中，安全檔案資料是貫穿整個(gè)工程建設(shè)始末的一項(xiàng)重要工作，它反映了一個(gè)項(xiàng)目部的管理水平，是檢查考核落實(shí)安全責(zé)任制及各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度的資料依據(jù)，也是現(xiàn)代化安全管理的基礎(chǔ)。本文分析了以上五種建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的資料管理體系，并著重對(duì)建設(shè)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全技術(shù)資料管理體系進(jìn)行研究分析，對(duì)“羅中立美術(shù)館暨四川美術(shù)學(xué)院美術(shù)館工程”進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)資料收集后，歸納提煉了它的檔案體系，運(yùn)用我國(guó)有關(guān)檔案管理法律法規(guī),體現(xiàn)我國(guó)安全生產(chǎn)法律法規(guī)要求，最后提出一套比較全面的房屋建筑工程安全檔案樣表。 關(guān)鍵詞：建設(shè)工程 建筑施工 安全資料管理 檔案表
ABSTRACT:Construction projects to provide material and technical basis for human life and production, it is human organized, the purpose of large-scale economic activities. It includes the construction, railway engineering, water conservancy, hydropower engineering, municipal engineering. The content of their data management has a different, modern construction, secure file data is an important work throughout the entire construction the whole story, it reflects a project management level, inspections and checks the implementation of safety responsibility system and the various the basis of rules and regulations, but also the basis of modern safety management. This paper analyzes the information management system of the above five kinds of construction engineering, research and analysis focusing on building construction site security information management system, "Luo Zhongli Art Museum of Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts Project" Field Data Collection, summarized refined its file system, the use of file management laws and regulations, reflecting the requirements of safety laws and regulations in China, and finally proposes a more comprehensive set of housing construction safety file sample form. 建設(shè)工程施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全技術(shù)資料管理體系的建立是為了滿足工程項(xiàng)目的自身安全生產(chǎn)要求，同時(shí)也是為了滿足相關(guān)方對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全生產(chǎn)保證體系的持續(xù)改善和安全生產(chǎn)保證能力的信任。為了使建筑施工的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理更加規(guī)范化、科學(xué)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、制度化，提高安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工的水平，以獲得最好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全生產(chǎn)保證體系管理資料是重要內(nèi)容之一。安全管理資料對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全工作起著決策指導(dǎo)的作用，它記錄了施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全狀態(tài)、施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)狀，也會(huì)反應(yīng)企業(yè)中安全管理工作的效果，為下一步安全管理決策提供了有效的信息。建設(shè)工程檔案資料是建設(shè)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全管理的真實(shí)記錄，是對(duì)企業(yè)安全管理檢查和評(píng)價(jià)的重要依據(jù)。建設(shè)工程資料的歸檔和完善有利于企業(yè)各項(xiàng)目施工全過程、全方位、動(dòng)態(tài)的有效管理，對(duì)加強(qiáng)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理，提高安全生產(chǎn)、文明施工管理水平起到了經(jīng)濟(jì)推動(dòng)作用、有利于總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。
