摘要:此畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是根據(jù)重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)新校區(qū)院系樓A棟工程Ⅱ標(biāo)段招標(biāo)文件的招標(biāo)須知、合同條件、技術(shù)規(guī)范、圖紙及其他有關(guān)文件而編制的投標(biāo)書(shū)。 設(shè)計(jì)包括商務(wù)標(biāo)、技術(shù)標(biāo)和結(jié)論。 商務(wù)標(biāo)包括：預(yù)算書(shū)封面、編制依據(jù)、范圍、工程取費(fèi)表、建設(shè)工程預(yù)算表、三材匯總表、工料價(jià)差調(diào)整表、工程量計(jì)算過(guò)程及說(shuō)明、工程造價(jià)的確定和工料分析工程量計(jì)算規(guī)則按照《重慶市建筑工程定額應(yīng)用(2008)》和《重慶市建筑工程工程量清單》中的計(jì)算規(guī)則計(jì)算工程造價(jià)則是應(yīng)用定額套價(jià)、清單合價(jià)采用以人工費(fèi)為計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)的計(jì)價(jià)程序。 技術(shù)標(biāo)：則包括工程概況及施工特點(diǎn)、主要部位分部分項(xiàng)施工方法、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置、各項(xiàng)管理措施、施工組織及施工進(jìn)度計(jì)、主要機(jī)具安排計(jì)劃、土建與安裝的協(xié)調(diào)配合等。 關(guān)鍵詞：標(biāo)書(shū) 商務(wù)標(biāo) 技術(shù)標(biāo) 施工進(jìn)度 施工方案
