摘 要:本文詳細(xì)介紹了別墅空調(diào)系統(tǒng)-風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)半集中式空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),論述了這種空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的原理及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。先進(jìn)行負(fù)荷計(jì)算,再設(shè)備選型,繪制系統(tǒng)圖及進(jìn)行水力計(jì)算。風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)由兩部分組成。一是按房間分別設(shè)置的風(fēng)機(jī)盤管機(jī)組,其作用是分擔(dān)空調(diào)房間的冷、熱負(fù)荷;二是新風(fēng)系統(tǒng),通常新風(fēng)經(jīng)過(guò)冷、熱處理,新風(fēng)機(jī)組僅負(fù)擔(dān)新風(fēng)負(fù)荷,以滿足衛(wèi)生要求。 風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)借助風(fēng)機(jī)盤管機(jī)組不斷地循環(huán)室內(nèi)空氣,使之通過(guò)盤管而被冷卻或加熱,以保持房間一定的溫濕度。盤管使用的冷水或熱水,由集中冷源和熱源供應(yīng),與此同時(shí),由新風(fēng)空調(diào)機(jī)房集中處理后的新風(fēng),通過(guò)專門的新風(fēng)管道分別送入各空調(diào)房間,以滿足空調(diào)房間的衛(wèi)生要求。 風(fēng)機(jī)盤管空調(diào)系統(tǒng)與集中式系統(tǒng)相比,沒(méi)有大風(fēng)道,只有水管和較小的風(fēng)管,具有布置和安裝方便,占用建筑空間小、單獨(dú)調(diào)節(jié)好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于溫、濕度精度要求不高、房間數(shù)多、房間較小、需要單獨(dú)控制的舒適性空調(diào)中。但機(jī)組分散設(shè)置,臺(tái)數(shù)較多,維修管理工作量大,水管路多,控制精度低,易發(fā)生凝結(jié)水滲漏事故。 關(guān)鍵詞:新風(fēng),風(fēng)機(jī)盤管,負(fù)荷計(jì)算,設(shè)備選型,水力計(jì)算
ABSTRACT:In this paper, the villa air-conditioning system, namely the primary air fan-coil system of the semi-central air conditioning system is introduced particularly. The principle and advantage and the disadvantage of the system are also discussed. The procedures of the design of the primary air fan-coil system are load calculation, type selection of equipment, sketch of the system and hydraulic calculation. Two parts constitute the primary air fan-coil system .One is he fan coil which takes on the cooling and heat load of the room. The other is the fresh air system by which the fresh air is disposed, which merely takes on the load of the fresh air to meet the demands of the sanitation. The indoor air is continually circulated by the fan coil units to be cooled or heated by the coil to keep the temperature and humidity of the room to a certain extent. The chilled and hot water used by the coil is supplied by the centralized cold and heat source. By the same time, the fresh air disposed by the fresh air conditioning plant room is blasted by the special fresh air duct to meet the demands of sanitation of each air conditioning room. Compared with the centralized air conditioning system, the primary air fan-coil system has no large air duct but water pipe and smaller air duct and possesses the advantage of easier assignation and installation, less architectural space and better separate adjustment. As a result, it is widely adopted in comfort air conditioners of lower demands of temperature and humidity, larger numbers, smaller space and separate operation. However, due to dispersed assignation and large numbers of the units, the primary air fan-coil system has larger quantity of maintaining work, larger numbers of water pipelines, lower controlling precision.
