摘要:本設(shè)計(jì)的建筑為十六層的商業(yè)大廈。給排水工程設(shè)計(jì)包括了室內(nèi)生活給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)室內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),室內(nèi)消防給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),以及雨水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。生活給水系統(tǒng)分為兩個(gè)區(qū)。一到四層為低區(qū),采用市政給水管網(wǎng)直接供水。五到十六層為高區(qū),利用屋頂高位水箱給系統(tǒng)供水。本設(shè)計(jì)建筑總高度47.5 m,為商住樓,屬于中危險(xiǎn)I級(jí),根據(jù)高層民用建筑設(shè)計(jì)防火規(guī)范,建筑高度≥24m或者體積≥5000m³,消火栓的間距應(yīng)保證同層任何部位有2個(gè)消火栓的水槍充實(shí)水柱同時(shí)到達(dá)。根據(jù)規(guī)范,該建筑屬于二類建筑,建筑高度<50m,室外消火栓用水量20L/s。根據(jù)規(guī)范該建筑的設(shè)計(jì)噴水強(qiáng)度為6L/min.m2。.排水系統(tǒng)采用污廢合流制,排水系統(tǒng)采用特殊的伸頂通氣單立管排水系統(tǒng)。給水管道采用暗裝敷設(shè),管材均采用UPVC管,采用承插式接口,用彈性密封圈連接。排水系統(tǒng)立管采用PPI螺旋塑料排水管。各層排水支管采用普通的UPVC排水管。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)資料,本建筑為高層商住樓,1~2層為商鋪,3~16層為普通住宅,本設(shè)計(jì)中只考慮住宅熱水供應(yīng),其他不考慮供應(yīng)熱水。干管、立管均采用復(fù)合塑料管。查規(guī)范,該住宅最高日用水定額取80L/人.d,使用時(shí)間為24h。 關(guān)鍵詞 給水;排水;消防;熱水
Abstract:The design of the building is sixteen story commercial building.
