摘要:如今,我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的不斷增強(qiáng),建筑業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,建筑物的總體建設(shè)水平不斷提高。建筑內(nèi)部的給水排水工程是建筑設(shè)備中的重要組成部分,其技術(shù)水平及先進(jìn)性直接影響建筑物的使用功能,與人們生活,環(huán)境,安全息息相關(guān),涉及到千家萬(wàn)戶,與社會(huì)的環(huán)境保護(hù),水資源的合理利用,可持續(xù)性發(fā)展緊密相連。 本文針對(duì)徐州云龍區(qū)某一綜合樓,結(jié)合對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范的理解,對(duì)該建筑的給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)、消火栓給水以及自動(dòng)噴灑給水系統(tǒng),主要以設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明的形式,進(jìn)行了初步探討。 給水系統(tǒng): 本建筑一層至三層由室外市政管網(wǎng)直接供水,四至十四層為水泵水箱給水方式。 排水系統(tǒng): 本設(shè)計(jì)采用污廢水合流排放體制。管材采用了具有消聲功能的螺旋UPVC排水管,伸頂通氣方式,為此可進(jìn)一步提高環(huán)境質(zhì)量。 消防系統(tǒng): 該建筑防火等級(jí)屬于中危險(xiǎn)級(jí)Ⅰ級(jí),設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括消火栓系統(tǒng),自動(dòng)噴淋系統(tǒng)。在屋頂水箱間內(nèi)設(shè)實(shí)驗(yàn)用消火栓裝置,消火栓給水管網(wǎng)呈環(huán)狀布置,各消火栓箱內(nèi)設(shè)消防水泵啟動(dòng)電鈕,能直接啟動(dòng)消防泵; 熱水系統(tǒng): 本建筑采用集中熱水供應(yīng). 各系統(tǒng)中的立管設(shè)在管井內(nèi)或沿墻敷設(shè),水平管根據(jù)各系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)明敷或暗敷。 關(guān)鍵詞 給水 排水 消防 熱水

According to the Xuzhou Yunlong District a comprehensive building, according to the design standard, the understanding of the specification, the water supply system, the drainage system, fire hydrant and sprinkler water supply system, mainly in the design calculation shows how the form, has carried on the preliminary discussion. Water supply system: This building one layer to three layers from outside the municipal water supply pipe network directly, four to fourteen for water tank water supply mode. Drainage system: This design uses the sewage waste water confluence emissions system.
