摘要:該建筑為鎮(zhèn)江市北灘水城住宅樓，為一23層民用建筑，地下兩層分別為儲藏室和車庫，地上為住宅。給水工程設(shè)計內(nèi)容包括建筑室內(nèi)給水系統(tǒng)、室內(nèi)熱水系統(tǒng)、室內(nèi)消防系統(tǒng)、室內(nèi)排水系統(tǒng)和雨水排水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。室內(nèi)給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)給水方式，一層至五層為低區(qū)，由市政給水管網(wǎng)直接供水；六至十五層為中區(qū)，十六到二十三層為高區(qū)，中區(qū)和高區(qū)均由高位水箱供水。消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用臨時高壓給水系統(tǒng)，消火栓和噴淋系統(tǒng)。本建筑為一類高層建筑，耐火等級為一級，建筑高度為69.8m，按《高層民用建筑防火設(shè)計規(guī)范》規(guī)定，室內(nèi)消火栓用水量取30L/s。排水系統(tǒng)采用污水和廢水分流制排水系統(tǒng)，生活廢污水直接排入市政排水管網(wǎng)，生活污水經(jīng)化糞池局部處理后再排入市政排水管網(wǎng)。雨水排水采用內(nèi)排水的排水方式。熱水給水系統(tǒng)采用循環(huán)水泵供水。 關(guān)鍵詞 給水系統(tǒng)；消防系統(tǒng) ；排水系統(tǒng) ；熱水系統(tǒng)
