摘要:關于這次的畢業(yè)設計內容主要為重慶城市管理職業(yè)學院新校區(qū)一教學樓工程投標文件（商務標）的編制。該工程位于重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)虎溪鎮(zhèn)大學城，由重慶大學建筑設計研究院設計，建筑面積為7194.04平方米，層高為23.4米，共六層。該建筑的建設單位為重慶城市管理職業(yè)學院，采用人工挖孔樁基礎，主體工程為框架結構，結構安全等級為二級，抗震設防烈度為六度，工程類別為三類。 該商務標編制依據為：重慶城市管理職業(yè)學院新校區(qū)一教學樓建筑施工圖、結構施工圖；國家和地方現行的一系列施工和技術規(guī)范、標準；此次畢業(yè)設計的流程為：首先熟悉重慶城市管理職業(yè)學院新校區(qū)一教學樓設計圖紙，運用軟件為廣聯達鋼筋GGJ2009計算該棟建筑的鋼筋量、其次運用廣聯達圖形算量軟件GCL2008計算工程量，最后運用廣聯達計價軟件GBQ4.0套取定額，計算工程的總造價為7,405,258.48元。 關鍵詞： 工程概況 運用軟件 總造價 基本信息
