摘 要:建筑智能化系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃、設(shè)計和實施必須充分考慮大樓在投入使用之后的三個重要因素:一個是高效節(jié)能;一個是安全舒適;一個是高集成度。充分考慮設(shè)計對象——揚中某銀行大樓的需求特點,該樓更應(yīng)該具有完整的智能化系統(tǒng),為工作人員提供一個舒適、安全、便利的生活和工作環(huán)境。 本文是在假設(shè)有業(yè)主的情況下,為該大樓的智能系統(tǒng)制作的初級設(shè)計方案。方案目標(biāo)是為使用者提供安全、高效、舒適、便捷及適應(yīng)各種辦公、會議、生活功能的環(huán)境,并降低大樓運營費用,提高運營管理的智能化水平,進(jìn)一步提供人性化的服務(wù)。依照“以人為本”的原則,參考多種國內(nèi)外規(guī)范,重心放在大樓的主要服務(wù)功能上,為業(yè)主量身制做最適用的智能化系統(tǒng)工程解決方案。 智能建筑不是多種帶有智能特征系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品的簡單堆積組合,其核心是信息管理系統(tǒng)集成,這也是智能建筑發(fā)展的必然趨勢。智能化系統(tǒng)中的各個子系統(tǒng)應(yīng)當(dāng)相互聯(lián)系,資源共享、信息共享,增強對突發(fā)事件的響應(yīng)能力;提高設(shè)備利用率,降低能耗,節(jié)約能源;實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的科學(xué)管理。本次方案設(shè)計全面綜合考慮系統(tǒng)的先進(jìn)性、開放性、實用性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、可持續(xù)發(fā)展性、舒適性、高效性、安全可靠性和易管理維護(hù)性的平衡。 關(guān)鍵詞:建筑智能化,系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,系統(tǒng)集成
ABSTRACT:Before planning and designing the smart building system, three key factors must be taken into consideration: energy conservation, secuirity and comfort, high-level integration. Based on the demand of the project, a bank building in the city of Yangzhong, a integrated intelligentized system which provides comfortable, safe and convenient working and living environment, is obviously required. This paper proposes the design plan for the building intelligent system, aiming to provide safe, cosy and flexible environment for office work, meetings and living, with the reduction of the building operation cost and improvement of smart-level in building management. Followed the principle of people first, referred to real cases from home and aboard, focused on the service functions, I worked out the primary intelligentized system plan tailored for this project. Instead of simple combination of high-tech products, the core of smart building is information management system integration, which is the inexorable trend in the industry: all the subsystem should be connected in order to share the information and data resources, enhancing the ability of responding to emergency; capacity utilization rate of equipments should get improved to save energy; modern building management ought to be implemented. This plan also tried to balance mostly all the aspects of the intelligentized system. Key words: building intelligentizing; system planning; system integration |
