摘要:本工程為重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)新校區(qū)學(xué)生活動(dòng)中心工程Ⅱ標(biāo)段投標(biāo)文件，所在地為重慶沙坪壩區(qū)虎溪鎮(zhèn)大學(xué)城。該工程的建設(shè)單位為重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)，工程由重慶大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院設(shè)計(jì)，施工圖紙齊全?；A(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)采用人工挖孔樁基礎(chǔ)。上部主體為磚混，局部框架結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)安全等級(jí)為二級(jí)，抗震設(shè)防烈度為六度，工程類別為四類。 該投標(biāo)文件的編制是以重慶醫(yī)科大學(xué)新校區(qū)學(xué)生活動(dòng)中心的施工合同以及施工設(shè)計(jì)圖紙為主要參考資料，再綜合國(guó)家及地方現(xiàn)行的一系列施工和技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等為依據(jù)，總結(jié)出合理可行的具體方案。本著堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的基本建設(shè)程序和施工順序以及采用分層流水作業(yè)法的原則，在建設(shè)過(guò)程合理安排工期，以確保該工程在擬定期限內(nèi)順利完工，該工程擬定工期為258天。 關(guān)鍵詞：工程概況 編制依據(jù) 投標(biāo) 中標(biāo)
ABSTRACT:This project is the second section student activities center project of the new campus of Medical University Of Chongqing is located in the bidding documents, Huxi town Chongqing city Shapingba District university. The project construction units for the Medical University Of Chongqing, engineering design by the architectural design and Research Institute of Chongqing University, the construction drawings are complete.
