摘要:本工程為重慶市化工企業(yè)綜合辦公樓B標(biāo)段工程，共八層，總建筑面積為5968.20平方米?；A(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)采用獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)基礎(chǔ)。上部主體框架結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級(jí)為二級(jí)，抗震設(shè)防烈度為八度，工程類別為一類。 該施工組織主要內(nèi)容包括施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置，主要分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方案，施工組織人員的配備，進(jìn)度計(jì)劃，各種措施等。 該施工組織的編制是以重慶市化工企業(yè)綜合辦公樓B標(biāo)段工程的施工合同，國家和地方現(xiàn)行的一系列施工和技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等為依據(jù)，該施工組織針對(duì)本工程的地方性及環(huán)境特點(diǎn)、工期要求，提出合理可行的保證措施加以重點(diǎn)闡述。堅(jiān)持科學(xué)的基本建設(shè)程序和施工順序，運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)分段、分層流水施工，合理安排施工順序和施工計(jì)劃，確保施工進(jìn)度，本工程擬定工期為198個(gè)日歷天。 關(guān)鍵詞：工程概況 組織設(shè)計(jì) 流水施工
