摘要:關(guān)于這次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計內(nèi)容主要為重慶城市管理職業(yè)學院新校區(qū)一教學樓工程投標文的編制。本工程是座落在重慶市秀山縣的重慶秀山育才中學—幼兒園。本工程基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)采用人工挖孔樁基礎(chǔ)。主體為砌體框架結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級為三級，抗震設(shè)防烈度為六度，工程類別為三類,設(shè)計耐火等級為二級，建筑總面積為8104.64平方米。本工程的建設(shè)單位為重慶城市秀山中學，工程由中國機械工程第三設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計，施工圖紙齊全。 該投標文件的編制是以重慶秀山育才中學——幼兒園的施工合同以及施工設(shè)計圖紙，國家和地方現(xiàn)行的一系列施工和技術(shù)規(guī)范、標準等為依據(jù)，該施工組織針對本工程的地方性及環(huán)境特點、工期要求，提出合理可行的保證措施加以重點闡述。堅持科學的基本建設(shè)程序和施工順序，運用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)分段、分層流水作業(yè)，合理安排施工順序和施工計劃，確保施工進度。 由于工期緊工程量較大，為使新一批學生及早入住學校，我方一旦中標，全面調(diào)度公司的人、財、物，積極推廣應(yīng)用新技術(shù)、新工藝、新材料、新設(shè)備，嚴格按照ISO9002質(zhì)量體系運行。貫徹施工技術(shù)規(guī)范、操作規(guī)程，實施全面質(zhì)量管理。精心組織、科學管理，確保實現(xiàn)各項承諾目標。 關(guān)鍵詞：工程簡介 編制說明 中標措施
