摘要:該試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)是為了研究風(fēng)冷壓縮冷凝機(jī)組性能,檢測(cè)制冷系統(tǒng)的性能,并提出針對(duì)性的改善措施,最終使系統(tǒng)的性能得到優(yōu)化。 試驗(yàn)方法采用“第二制冷劑量熱器法”,其原理是制冷系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的制冷量與電加熱器產(chǎn)生的熱量相交換,達(dá)到平衡時(shí),通過(guò)測(cè)量電加熱器而得出的制冷量的一種間接試驗(yàn)方法。試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)設(shè)置有數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)采集系統(tǒng)。 本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是對(duì)試驗(yàn)室負(fù)荷進(jìn)行計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)房間尺寸,進(jìn)行總體布置。并且試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的主要部件——量熱器進(jìn)行計(jì)算。通過(guò)熱力計(jì)算,得出制冷量等性能指標(biāo)。再根據(jù)傳熱學(xué)和換熱器設(shè)計(jì)等有關(guān)文獻(xiàn),計(jì)算出蒸發(fā)盤(pán)管的傳熱系數(shù),從而得出蒸發(fā)盤(pán)管面積,并對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。接下來(lái),進(jìn)行了制冷系統(tǒng)節(jié)流機(jī)構(gòu)和附屬設(shè)備的選型。 關(guān)鍵詞:風(fēng)冷壓縮冷凝機(jī)組,試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),量熱器,第二制冷劑
