摘 要:毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)輻射供冷暖是一種在建筑物內(nèi)部頂、墻面、地面等鋪設(shè)毛細(xì)管散布冷熱量的系統(tǒng)。它能像人體皮膚中的毛細(xì)管一樣,均勻地向室內(nèi)輻射冷熱量,相對于傳統(tǒng)的制冷熱方式具有冷熱感舒適、冷熱量均衡穩(wěn)定、節(jié)能、免維修等特點(diǎn),是一種極為理想的供冷暖方式。廣泛應(yīng)用于別墅、住宅、賓館大堂、游泳池館等場所,尤其別墅和住宅使用更為普遍。本設(shè)計(jì)是針對南京市一幢五層別墅進(jìn)行的毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)輻射供冷暖系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)面積約200㎡,采用毛細(xì)管輻射供冷暖及獨(dú)立新風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì),冷負(fù)荷與濕負(fù)荷分開處理。冷熱源選用空氣源熱泵機(jī)組。房間毛細(xì)管網(wǎng)以屋頂和墻面鋪設(shè)為主,同時滿足制冷和采暖需要,采用置換新風(fēng)方式把處理后的空氣通過地板風(fēng)道送到各個房間,統(tǒng)一排風(fēng)或在衛(wèi)生間或廚房排風(fēng),保證室內(nèi)的相對濕度和空氣品質(zhì),同時解決部分顯熱。 關(guān)鍵詞 毛細(xì)管輻射供冷暖系統(tǒng);獨(dú)立新風(fēng)系統(tǒng);空氣源熱泵
Abstract:Capillary radiant heating-cooling is a system using capillary tube which paved in ceiling, wall, ground radianting heat and cool. It likes the skin of people’s body, radiating heat and cool evenly to the indoor, Compared to the triditional heating-cooling methods , it is an ideal way of heating-cooling in thermal comfort, heat-cool balance and stability, energy saving, maintenance-free characteristics. It id widely used in villas, residential, hotel lobby, pool hall and other places, especially villas and residential use. This design is the capillary radiant heating-cooling system design for a five-layer villa in Nanjing. Design-area is about ??200 square meters and using capillary radiant heating-cooling and dedicated outdoor air system, separating cooling load and wet load. Choosing the air-source heat pump as the cooling and heat resource. The capillary network is mainly extended in roof and walls of the room, satisfying the laid of cooling and heating at the same time .The air after treatment the replacement is sent to each room through tubes in the floor. Setting unified air exhaust or exhausting in the toilet or kitchen , ensuring relative humidity indoor and air quality and simultaneously solving part of sensible heat.
