摘 要:基本建設(shè)程序規(guī)定，設(shè)計必須有概算，施工必須有預(yù)算。根據(jù)工程建設(shè)的順序及其在工程建設(shè)中所起的作用，建筑安裝工程概預(yù)算主要包括：投資估算、設(shè)計概算、施工圖預(yù)算、施工預(yù)算、工程結(jié)算和竣工決算等幾種。在工程的實施過程中，常用的主要有設(shè)計概算、施工圖預(yù)算和施工預(yù)算。 本文重點介紹了建筑安裝工程的施工圖預(yù)算。首先詳細(xì)地闡述了編制施工圖預(yù)算的依據(jù)，然后給出了施工圖預(yù)算費用的組成及施工圖預(yù)算的內(nèi)容，最后敘述了編制施工圖預(yù)算的程序。根據(jù)以上內(nèi)容，對實際中的大名金正廣場空調(diào)安裝工程作了預(yù)算。 關(guān)鍵詞：預(yù)算，施工圖預(yù)算
Abstract:The procedure of the capital construction stipulated that,the design must have the budgetary estimation,the construction must have the budget.The installation work construction budget is the construction in under the construction drawing budget control, basis construction drawing and construction fixed quantity as well as construction organization plan establishment one kind of project budget. Primary coverage includs unit project resilience and man-power, material, mechanical stage class's consumption quantity. This article focuses on introducing the composition of the construction drawing budget and the method how to make it .What´s more , according to this method and the drawing of some construction it gets the construction drawing budget of the construction and finally reaches the cost of the construction.
