摘 要:本文詳細(xì)介紹了保溫材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)、密度、吸水率、透濕系數(shù)、防火性能等性能指標(biāo),對(duì)經(jīng)常用到的硬質(zhì)聚氨酯泡沫塑料、聚乙烯泡沫塑料、聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、離心玻璃綿、橡塑海綿和巖綿等幾種新型保溫材料作了分析,并給出了評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)其適用范圍進(jìn)行了說明。 對(duì)管道保溫技術(shù)的發(fā)展概況作了詳細(xì)的調(diào)查分析,根據(jù)保溫材料的性能指標(biāo)、應(yīng)用范圍、選擇依據(jù)、保溫材料厚度的選擇方法等,對(duì)低溫送風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)和熱力管道保溫材料的選擇方法做了說明,指出低溫送風(fēng)空調(diào)系統(tǒng)和熱力管道的保溫要經(jīng)過嚴(yán)格的計(jì)算優(yōu)化,選擇合理的經(jīng)濟(jì)厚度,保證系統(tǒng)節(jié)能。通過對(duì)幾種保溫材料選用的對(duì)比,得出保溫材料的選用原則。 結(jié)合具體工程,著重對(duì)橡塑保溫材料進(jìn)行研究分析,通過跟其他保溫材料的對(duì)比,指出橡塑保溫材料因其優(yōu)異性能而在低溫管道工程中應(yīng)用廣泛。 最后介紹了外墻保溫技術(shù)及其保溫材料,并對(duì)新型塑料保溫隔熱材料在建筑節(jié)能上的應(yīng)用和前景作了闡述。 關(guān)鍵詞:保溫材料性能,管道保溫,經(jīng)濟(jì)厚度,橡塑保溫材料,節(jié)能技術(shù)
