摘 要:本文對風機盤管性能試驗系統(tǒng)進行了設計,由于風機盤管機組作為集中式空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的一種末端裝置,具有施工安裝方便,能量調(diào)節(jié)靈活等特點,被廣泛適用于賓館、飯店等多房間的空調(diào)系統(tǒng)中。近年來隨著風機盤管機組型式的多樣化,其使用場合更加廣泛。自19世紀70年代初我國開始生產(chǎn)風機盤管機組以來,無論數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量都有了很大的提高,其主要性能指標與國外產(chǎn)品已無差距。但是,風機盤管機組產(chǎn)品存在著性能規(guī)格差異較大,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量良莠不齊等諸多問題。一些設備達不到設計和使用要求,行業(yè)管理部門很難對風機盤管機組質(zhì)量作出定量判斷,社會反響強烈。為此,我們進行了風機盤管性能試驗系統(tǒng)設計。 由于風機盤管試驗室的研究涉及知識產(chǎn)權及其它眾多因素,國內(nèi)外公開發(fā)表的相關資料較少。國外研究機構雖具有較先進的測試技術,但涉及費用較高;國內(nèi)研究所在工況穩(wěn)定時間、精度及可靠性方面與國外尚有一定差距。在市場競爭激烈、經(jīng)濟全球化的今天,試驗室評定與表示方法的統(tǒng)一已經(jīng)成為科技交流和國際貿(mào)易的迫切要求,它使各國進行的測量及其所得到的結果可以進行互相比對,取得互相承認和共識。 依據(jù)國內(nèi)外相關標準,對風機盤管性能試驗系統(tǒng)的進行了深入探索。該系統(tǒng)的建設涉及工藝、自控和計算機自動測試等專業(yè)。技術難度大, 控制參數(shù)多, 測量范圍大, 精度要求極高, 試驗工況復雜。 關鍵詞: 風機盤管,性能試驗,空氣焓差法,試驗室
