摘要:隨著土地資源的緊張,高層建筑越來越多,高層建筑給排水設(shè)計(jì)成為設(shè)計(jì)師的必備技能,但因其使用人數(shù)多,給排水結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜等原因而難以讓設(shè)計(jì)者掌握。所以,特選此高層建筑設(shè)計(jì)作為本人的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。該設(shè)計(jì)建筑共有17層,是包含商業(yè)層和住宅層的綜合樓,幾乎涉及了建筑給排水設(shè)計(jì)的所有內(nèi)容。 淮安市衛(wèi)生局綜合樓,為一17層綜合性民用建筑,包含兩層商業(yè)用房,若干層住宅。 該建筑西側(cè)及南側(cè)的城市道路旁,有一市政給水干管可做為該建筑物的水源;其管徑為DN300,常年資用水頭為24米,與樓距離20米,管頂埋深1.5米。城市排水管道在擬建建筑物北側(cè),其管徑為DN400,管頂埋深為2.5米,與樓距離20米。建筑附近有表壓為0.20MPa的蒸汽熱源。 給水方案使用分區(qū)供水,上行下給式,管網(wǎng)水壓24m,1-4層直接供水,4層以上使用提升水泵由屋頂水箱供水。從該建筑南側(cè)市政給水管網(wǎng)分別引兩條給水管進(jìn)入建筑,兩條給水管分別安裝水表,并在合適的地方進(jìn)行連接。引入的給水管分支連接水池后,進(jìn)入給水管道井里,連接8根立管,分別供應(yīng)每層的8戶住宅用水。從立管引出支管,在找平層里敷設(shè),進(jìn)入住戶。根據(jù)該建筑的建筑格局,貯水池布置在給水管井旁的室外泵房中。水池有效容積39?。不銹鋼屋頂水箱設(shè)于機(jī)房層,水箱有效容積1.2?。設(shè)置生活水IS50-32-250B(H=58.6m,Q=0.58L/s,N=4.33KW)2臺,1用1備。排水系統(tǒng)居住區(qū)采用生活污水與生活廢水分流排放。生活污水和生活廢水分別在2層屋頂匯合,從1層排入室外管網(wǎng),污水通過化糞池。熱水由蒸汽熱源加熱供水,分上下兩個區(qū),分區(qū)方式與給水方式一樣。消防使用不分區(qū)給水方式,通過屋頂水箱以及地下室消防水泵同時供水。消防給水系統(tǒng)分為消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)。本建筑為一類民用建筑,而其建筑高度≥50m。按《高層民用建筑防火設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》規(guī)定,室內(nèi)消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分別取20L/s和15L/s,自動噴淋系統(tǒng)計(jì)算用水量為16L/s,自動噴淋系統(tǒng)在屋頂設(shè)增壓設(shè)備。給水系統(tǒng)采用PP-R給水管材;消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動噴淋滅火系統(tǒng)采用無縫鍍鋅鋼管;排水系統(tǒng)立管采用PPI螺旋排水管;各層排水支管采用普通的UPVC排水管。設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容包括:建筑內(nèi)部給水、排水、熱水、消防的方案選擇,設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,設(shè)備選型,圖紙繪制。通過畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),使學(xué)生能夠鞏固所學(xué)理論知識,熟練掌握高層建筑給排水工程的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、方法和步驟,學(xué)會使用有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集和設(shè)汁規(guī)范。提高運(yùn)算和制圖能力,培養(yǎng)解決實(shí)際問題的能力。 關(guān)鍵詞 建筑;給水;消防;噴淋;排水;熱水
