摘要:本設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)是徐州市國貿(mào)中心寫字樓建筑給排水設(shè)計,設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容包括:建筑給水系統(tǒng)、建筑排水系統(tǒng)、建筑消防系統(tǒng)和建筑熱水系統(tǒng)。 本建筑總高度為56.7m,共地上13層,主要作為辦公樓使用,第13層頂設(shè)機房層,主要用來布置屋頂?shù)谋匾O(shè)施。 市政給水管網(wǎng)常年提供的資用水頭為20m,經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟比較,室內(nèi)給水系統(tǒng)擬采用分區(qū)給水方式。初步擬定該建筑分為兩個區(qū),一至二層作為一個分區(qū),采取市政管網(wǎng)直接供水;三至十三層作為一個分區(qū),采取水泵和屋頂水箱聯(lián)合給水方式,分區(qū)內(nèi)局部設(shè)減壓閥調(diào)壓。 建筑內(nèi)生活污水經(jīng)化糞池處理后直接排入市政排水管網(wǎng);建筑雨水系統(tǒng)設(shè)專門的雨水立管將雨水排入市政排水管道。 在該建筑內(nèi)每層的走廊、消防電梯前室中均布有消火栓,其間距不大于30m,消火栓采用明裝;在1~13層設(shè)自噴滅火系統(tǒng),各層的噴頭布置主要采用4×3m長方形布置,距墻不小于0.5m,不大于1.8m,采用吊頂型噴頭。 高級辦公室位于5~13層,每層5個獨立衛(wèi)生間。加熱器的出水溫度70,最不利點的水溫60,當?shù)乩渌疁囟?。采用PPR熱水管。 熱水系統(tǒng)只提供5-13層高檔辦公室獨立衛(wèi)生間的熱水使用,每個衛(wèi)生間需供應(yīng)熱水的有淋浴器和洗臉盆,熱水為上行下給式,由屋頂給水水箱的水,經(jīng)氣壓罐加壓后,進入設(shè)置在1層的高區(qū)水加熱器,再送回到頂層進入高區(qū)熱水管網(wǎng)。 關(guān)鍵詞 建筑給水排水;系統(tǒng);雨水;消火栓;自噴系統(tǒng)
