摘要:建筑給水排水工程是城市建設(shè)中重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項(xiàng)目,正確設(shè)計(jì)建筑給水排水工程有重大社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)意義。本課題的主要目的是訓(xùn)練自己綜合應(yīng)用所學(xué)基礎(chǔ)課、技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課和專業(yè)課知識(shí),在教師指導(dǎo)下培養(yǎng)自己獨(dú)立完成高層建筑給水、排水、消防及熱水供應(yīng)等設(shè)計(jì)的能力。 本設(shè)計(jì)是某二十八層合肥市山水花都A2樓建筑給排水工程設(shè)計(jì),主要包括給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)四個(gè)部分。 給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水,低區(qū)負(fù)二到五層,由市政管網(wǎng)直接供水;中區(qū)六到十六層,高區(qū)十七到二十八層,采用高位水箱減壓閥供水方式,由地下室的供水泵供水到屋頂?shù)母呶凰?,再由高位水箱向中、高區(qū)管網(wǎng)供水;排水系統(tǒng)采用的是污、廢分流制,底層單獨(dú)排水,排水立管設(shè)伸頂通氣管,污水在經(jīng)化糞池處理后排向市政污水管網(wǎng);消防系統(tǒng)分消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動(dòng)噴水滅火系統(tǒng),其中消火栓系統(tǒng)采用水泵水箱聯(lián)合供水。熱水采用的是封閉式機(jī)械半循環(huán)系統(tǒng),分區(qū)情況和冷水系統(tǒng)一致,冷水通過(guò)容積式水加熱器集中加熱后,再由提升泵供向配水管網(wǎng);雨水采用的是外排水系統(tǒng),雨水直接排向市政雨水管網(wǎng)。 給水管和排水管分別采用PP—R管和UPVC管,消防系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)都采用鍍鋅鋼管。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑;給水系統(tǒng);排水系統(tǒng)
Abstract:Building water supply and drainage engineering is the important infrastructure projects in the city construction, is of great social and economic significance of the correct design of building water supply and drainage engineering. The main purpose of this paper is training his comprehensive application of basic courses, technical basic course and specialized knowledge, develop their own ability to complete the high-rise building water supply, drainage, fire and hot water supply design independently under the guidance of teachers. This design is the design of water supply and drainage engineering of a twenty-eight layer of Hefei city landscape flower A2 building, including four parts of water supply system, drainage system, fire system and hot water system. Water supply system using zoning, low area to the five floor, by the municipal water supply pipe network directly; the central six to sixteen layers, high seventeen to twenty-eight layers, with high water pressure reducing valve water supply mode, by the high underground tank water pump water supply to the roof, and then by the high water tank to water supply, drainage pipe network in the area; the system is used in sewage, waste diversion system, the separate drainage, drainage pipe is provided with ventilating pipes, sewage is treated in the septic tank back into the municipal sewage pipe network; fire control system of fire hydrant system and automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant system uses the water tank joint water supply. Hot water is used in closed mechanical circulatory system, partition and chilled water system, cooling water through the volumetric water heater heating, then the lift pump for the water distribution network; rainwater is used in external drainage system, rain water is directly discharged into the municipal sewage pipe network.
